The space features an upscale living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to a private balcony from the primary bedroom and a refreshing deck for your enjoyment. The resort’s amenities include shared pools (one heated seasonally), a community hot tub, a spacious sundeck, private beach access, and a fitness room. you will surely be able to find their own way to relax and experience their own type of vacation here. When it is time to wind down, reminisce with loved ones over a home-cooked meal or bottle of wine as the sun goes down. When it is time to head to bed, there will be no problem resting, as the sound of the tide will lull you to sleep to recharge for the next day's adventures.

This condo is perched in a perfect location to experience all that Panama City has to offer. Closest to the resort is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including Bay Point Golf Club at Sheraton Bay Point Resort, Southern Dawn Charters, Panama City Diving and Old Cypress Canoe Rentals. Pier Park always has something going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots.

Anniversary Trip

Cozy getaway

Very nice,quiet location right on the beach, everything we needed was in the unit.only issue was the floor wasn't clean as it looked,one of the bathrooms tub wasn't so clean and the bed was uncomfortable but overall nice views and cozy living

Great location!

Unfortunately, the listing pictures and description did not match the actual condo. Pictures for LR showed 3 chairs and an ottoman. The chairs in the condo were not comfortable for sitting, there were only two and no ottoman. This greatly affected our stay for one guest needing to have back support and his feet raised. Vacasa was if no help.

505 Seychelles

I loved the convenience of location right off elevators! I have stayed in probably 10 units here and have to say 505 was disappointing for the $$$ I paid for this unit. First of all the thermostat kept malfunctioning and we would wake up during the night to 82,85&88 degrees. Could not adjust it and didn’t want to be that pain and call maintenance at those hours. The next morning when I called maintenance was there within 45 minutes and reset it saying it needed a code. Next 2 nights it did the same thing. The shower curtain is not long enough in the master so it’s hard to keep water from going in floor. Shower however was nice and large. The fan in bedroom can only be adjusted if you turn fan off and climb to reach inside to pull the broken chain ( maintenance showed us how) fan in main room is on a remote, smart idea! The bed frame was too large for the mattress so there were side rails extended that you had to get over or step on them not the mention the footboard stuck out and we were continually hitting our feet or shin on them. The mattress was less than desirable. Not only was it too small for the frame so you have to step over side rail and so uncomfortable springs could actually be felt. Needless to say both of us had back pain after sleeping on it and not a good sleep! Because the mattress didn’t go all the way to the headboard the pillow would get wedged in the hole. We only used the microwave and fridge and they were good but the dishes and utensils were both miss matched and hodgepodge together. Don’t think there were 8 plates but I didn’t count as we used paper plates. Unit was nicely cleaned when we arrived. I don’t remember staying in a condo that had stains on the sofa, yuck! Sorry this is so negative but this condo needs attention, to be freshened up for comfort and sanitary respect. A shopping trip is a must! Like I said earlier I paid thinking I had a much nicer room and found myself less than satisfied. Owners need to lower the rent or make changes. I will not stay in 505 again! Not saying I expected the Ritz but not furnished by leftovers like 505 Seychelles. Compensation should be made to me for the price I paid! If I didn’t know there are much nicer units I’d think Seychelles is low rate condominiums.

Just Ok

This condo was just ok in my opinion. The living room, bedroom, and balcony furniture all need to be replaced due to it was very outdated! The dishwasher also needs replaced as it was very noisy. The cleaning crew also needs to do a better job of cleaning up sand as there was sand in both bathrooms and entryway. I did like the view, but I wasn’t aware this part of the beach is public and not private and there was a homeless man sleeping on the beach right in front of the condo.

Good stay at Panama City Beach at the Seyehelles condo

Beautiful view on the 5th floor, with a large balcony. Easy & free parking. Fast elevators, & liked our unit #505 came with free beach lounge chairs & umbrella. It's also right next to Schooners Beach bar & Restaurant. The room was good, a little outdated furniture in the master bedroom. Bed was a little firm but ok. Master shower didn't have a place to put the soap or shampoo. Floor was vacuumed but not mopped, my feet turned brown, but overall we were happy & would stay again.

A Stellar Stay

We loved the overall experience from check-in to check-out! The 5th floor dead center location of the Seychelles condo was absolutely the best we’ve had in over 30 years of various stays at various resorts in the PCB area. Also being right next to the world’s fastest elevators was a huge plus— never had to wait! Condo itself was very nicely appointed—good bed (probably needs a new one, I investigated that sleep escape bed and found its manufacturer is Leggett & Platt whose HQ is in our hometown of Monroe, GA—small world—anyway—they don’t make that bed any more, so probably time for an update since I never could figure out how to take advantage of what it should offer even after looking it up, but I did sleep just fine without the bells and whistles!) Two TVs and two bathrooms—awesome!! Fantastic out of this world washer/dryer! Suggestions to make future guests’ stays even more enjoyable: include a couple of extra blankets and flatter pillows; pizza pan/pizza cutter; plastic cups; over the door hooks in the bathrooms; a low chair or chaise on the balcony; a board game or two or a puzzle; maybe a notebook with some local suggestions or guestbook where guests leave written feedback. The resort was clean; workers were super nice; pool area was nice; having beach chaises reserved each day was an added plus that I wasn’t aware of and was so glad I asked the nice young man that first day! We didn’t have the same set each day so benefitted by meeting different folks each day. Weather was perfect every single day!! The Ocean was clear and beautiful!! Schooners restaurant right next door was perfect with great food, drinks, & atmosphere! Thank you Vacasa for helping us secure an awesome vacation this summer!
