-Sunny apartment with open view (rare here) in the heart of the old town for rent all year round, located on the 3rd floor in a small condominium. Full equipment. A bedroom with a double bed, another with 2 bunk beds, a living room with a convertible sofa bed of 124cm wide, 80cm flat screen TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer compartment, nespresso machine
-bathroom and separate WC.

Schöne, gut aufgeteilte Wohnung, ideal für 3 Personen, da zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern Bad und Toilette liegen, Küche ziemlich klein, Essen dort zu dritt nicht sehr bequem, könnte etwas moderner ausgestattet sein, d. h. neuere Küchengeräte und z. B. scharfe Messer usw.Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, da sie sehr sonnig ist und in einer kleinen, eher ruhigen Seitenstraße gegenüber der Markthalle liegt. Im Sommer gibt es natürlich sehr viele Touristen, man muss deshalb mit einer gewissen Lärmbelästigung rechnen.

Un très bel appartement au cœur d’intra muros. Très bien équipé. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine et nous y reviendrons certainement Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est venu nous chercher pour nous aider à porter nos bagages :)

Nos hôtes ont été très sympathiques et accueillants. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé dans St Malo intra-muros. Traversant, lumineux et spacieux, nous étions trois adultes et 4 personnes peuvent séjourner dans cet appartement sans se gêner

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour au coeur de St Malo

Parfait pour un séjour entre amis

L’appartement est très bien placé, à quelques mètres des remparts, de la plage, de bons restaurants et juste à côté d’une rue assez animée (ceux qui cherchent le calme absolu devraient peut être aller ailleurs). L’appart est assez spacieux et on n’avait pas l’impression de se marcher sur les pieds avec 4 adultes.

Sejour malouin au top

Petit sejour symathique au coeur de Saint Malo. Boutiques, plages, marches, galeries et resto a proximite. Excursions aux abords de Saint malo faites en bus d'ete. Un bon souvenir et plein de photos
