Une jolie Maisonnette pour passer de belles vacances

2ème séjour dans cette jolie demeure. On y retrouve un interieur cosy , fonctionnel une cuisine très bien équipée. Le plus, la véranda qui donne un espace exterieur tellement agréable.et tout ça à deux pas de la mer, des commerces.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Malo grâce à l'appartement qui est un vrai petit cocon douillet pour profiter des environs. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus par les propriétaires lors de notre arrivée et ils ont été adorables tout au long du sjéour, jusqu'à notre départ. L'appartement est très bien situé (à quelques minutes de la plage), très bien équipé et un endroit parfait quand on a des enfants. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner dans ce magnifique petit coin de paradis. Encore un grand merci et à bientôt.

Alles in allem wunderbar.Wohnung geräumig, wie versprochen. Das Bad allerdings könnte deutlich größer sein! Da passt gerade mal eine (nicht zu große, nicht zu dicke) Person rein. Alles hübsch dekoriert, mit viel Liebe gestaltet; Küche samt Ausstattung praktisch perfekt aber v.a. Pfannen könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen; waren froh, dass wir unsere Gusseisen-Grillpfanne dabei hatten). Highlight: Der "Wintergarten", selbst im September bei wechselhaftem Wetter meist noch angenehm warm - allerdings auch der einzige Raum, in dem man an einem Tisch essen kann! Wir haben uns - zu zweit - wohlgefühlt; die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht; Familien sollten - v.a. wegen des Bades - schauen, was ihnen wichtig ist. Ansonsten extrem familienfreundlich ausgestattet! Für 2 Personen fast zu groß, aber VIEL angenehmer als ein 25 m2 "Studio" für fast den gleichen Preis. Lage sehr schön, sehr ruhig! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, aber na ja;kommt auf die Ansprüche an.

location à Paramé /Saint Malo

Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec un cadeau de bienvenue dans une maison propre et bien située dans un quartier calme. La maison est très bien équipée; dommage que le wifi soit coupé à 11h du soir. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce quartier près de la plage, mais il a parfois été difficile de se garer dans la rue car il n'y a pas de place réservée à la location.

Une semaine avec ma conjointe et notre enfant de 2 ans et 4 mois, top, rien a dire. Les propriétaires ont des petits enfants donc des jouets de construction et des livres dispo pour s occupé le matin ou jour de pluie. L emplacement est certe pas a côté du centre historique mais a pied c est faisable (sauf le petit mais avec la pousette oui 😅). Je recommande et reviendrais sans hésiter. Merci aux proprietaires tres sympathique.
