The house has been completed since May 2019, we have been living there since taking a lot of fun. We are 1km from the bay of La Baule, while being in a very quiet area, even in summer. We only rent our house during our vacation. The house is 150 m2 on a plot of 460m2. The living room the living / dining room which is 40m2 and the adjoining kitchen are very bright. They open onto a large 35m2 terrace, facing south / west. A large 6m60 awning protects against the heat.
You will find on the ground floor a beautiful master suite, you enter through a beautiful dressing room, at the far right is the bedroom which also has direct access to the garden and on the left there is a large bathroom with a bath and a very big shower. On the 1st floor, you arrive on a small mezzanine with a sofa / bed. The corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, a toilet separate and the bathroom with a shower.
