Perfect family getaway

We all loved the house. It was perfectly equipped with everything. The location is amazing. Newport and the block Island ferry is a short car ride away. The beach is close by and was easy access. We also enjoyed the pool.

Family reunion

It was a beautiful house and a lovely neighborhood. We had very elderly family members and they did well because there was a separate suite with no steps.

This is one of the best properties we’ve experienced out of many very good VRBO stays. Very roomy and comfortably furnished house with attractive front and back yards and deck. Each of the six bedrooms was very nice. Open kitchen, breakfast and living area was great for family gathering. Our multigenerational family group with small children were all happy. Kids played outside and in big open lower level room. Everything worked. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy driveway parking.

roomy and clean - but dated

Some parts of the home were updated but others were outdated. The master bathroom is quite outdated. House was roomy and kitchen was nice. We could not use the pool. And, unfortunately, responsiveness from property management was very slow.

Great Home

We are a multi-generational family and this very large comfortable home was perfect for our needs. It’s in a beautiful quiet neighborhood on a large shady lot. The updated kitchen was well stocked and wonderful for cooking meals. The beautiful back yard was an oasis with tons of shade and a large clean sparkling pool, including lots of pool toys. The two media areas allowed us to watch baseball games and movies, depending on people’s wants. We could all be together in the large living room, patio and pool area, or basement media room. We could also spread out into multiple areas in the house if someone needed quiet or space. The house is showing some wear and tear; It’s a little outdated, but was clean and tidy. Overall a wonderful vacation home. We would rent again.

Great weekend place

Would stay there again. Just wish it was the summer time to enjoy the outside. Very nice place and very clean. Rental agents were very accommodating also.

Fantastic Home and Owner/Host

The home is amazing. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Of special note. When we arrived, the owner was present with some not so good news. The brand-new refrigerator installed that day, and the oven, were both not working. These things happen. The owner went above and beyond in making it all work. Installed a countertop oven and put a refrigerator in the garage. She also gave us a credit for the inconvenience of having the fridge in the garage. Congrats to her for being so proactive. We would definitely return to this property.

Long weekend getaway

It’s a long weekend getaway for us. The house is very clean. We have 4 families, total of 12 person. The guest suit over the garage, has two bedrooms, a living area and a bathroom, is perfect for all the kids to hangout. As it was still cold, we didn’t get a chance to use the deck, backyard and the pool. The house is in a quite residential area, a very short drive will take you to Newport. We all had good time there.
