Great location

The location was great. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The kitchen needs to have more pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The mattresses need to be updated as they are not comfortable.

Ocean view from 17th floor balcony was spectacular.

Convenience to the local attractions, restaurants and obviously the beach view and access was outstanding. Did not use the other amenities because we were there for a reunion which worked great from a logistics perspective.

Decent room for the value

The condo was decent, it wasn’t anything fancy or special. We got there and none of the pictures looked like what was actually there, definitely need updated photos of the condo for here. Our biggest irritation was that there was 2 pools and only 1 was open. So it was more than crowded most of the time. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere that it would be closed. Since it was just the 3 of us, it wasn’t awful. Just a few things that could make it better.

Our room was not totally clean, I'm not sure if the sides of the fridge had ever been washed. More importantly it was hot. We called to report the AC not working, someone came and then came back again but it never got cool. Our last night I just got up because it was so hot and it was 80!

Loved the location, this Is our 3rd stay at Seychelles...but this was by far the worst until we've stayed In. The room smelled of a old man wearing Stetson cologne. The curtains appeared to be molded up at the top. The master bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The refrigerator was leaning and rocking, dishes weren't cleaned People were throwing eggs from the balcony down to the pool area.

This condo needs some work done on it .

The condo itself needs some work done to it. Other units was really nice . This one needs updated. The pool still needed to be heated . It was so cold even the hot tub was cold. Our last night the power went half way out in the room. Then all the other way out. Elevators stopped working and on the 17th floor that isn’t good.

Great stay but need few improvements for toddlers

We enjoyed our stay in 1705 and it was a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Improvements for the safety of younger children would be great. Our 3 year old was able to pull the entry door handle and open the door by herself, there was no extra door lock/stopper at the top of the door that hotel doors usually have that keep it from opening. We moved a table in front of the door at night but were still worried about it. The master bedroom balcony door wouldn’t lock-another safety concern with small children and a 17th floor balcony. Also, laundry pods were left down where our toddler could easily reach and she put one in her mouth but luckily she was okay. We overall had a great stay though, but thought I would share ideas for improvement and safety concerns for toddlers. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Views- the Best Part

Seychelles and PCB did their part to make a great vacation. I would Not advise staying in 1705. It was $3k for the week and would not stay in this unit ever again. Not worth it at half the price. Couch was a wooden box with wrapping; I would not consider the 2 chairs on the deck safe; between refrig and garbage disposal- that kitchen needs help; and the fan in master is broken…before you reply it is “tricky”…if I have to turn light switch on wall to on, switch on fan to off and ‘jump start’ the fan spinning….it is broken. You can do better. The 3 stars are for location and view but the unit owner gets a -10. Don’t rent the unit if you don’t want to maintain the unit.

Good place to stay

The room had a great location. While the couch and balcony chairs could stand to be replaced and the fan in the master bedroom along with several lights did not work. We enjoyed the stay.

The unit is in need of some repairs. 2 of the 3 deck chairs were broken. The sofa needs to be replaced. it is in very poor condition. The kitchen appliances seemed to work fine, although they are showing some wear and tear. The finish on the kitchen cabinets are peeling. The master bedroom was good and the bed was comfortable. The master bath also good. We had good water pressure in the shower. I would not stay in this unit again

Great for a weekend trip

Unit was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Refrigerator may need to be replaced soon, as it sounds pretty sketchy (seemed to cool ok though). Everything was as depicted in the photos. Only complaint is with this property in general and not this particular unit: the parking guy seems to have made it his mission in life to ruin people’s day. He yelled at me telling me that my pass had to be hanging from the mirror and it was “illegal” to have it on the dash even though it was clearly visible as stated on the instructions. I’m not up on Florida laws, but I’m pretty certain there’s nothing on the books making any such thing illegal. He later was screaming at a woman holding the hand of a small child that he was going to tow her vehicle… she was unloading to check in! So if you don’t mind brushing off a ranting parking guy, book this place. Schooners next door has good food and refillable cups for anything you want from the bar, and the views are great. But if you don’t feel like dealing with power-trip parking guy, every condo on the beach will provide you with the same view. ;)

Great vacation home!!!

We loved everything about this unit from the beautiful gulf view to the convenience to the elevators and plenty of places within walking distance. Room was immaculate!! Will definitely stay here again!!
