Welcome to The Palms! This spacious condo has been recently remodeled and beautifully decorated with soft neutral tones and a splash of tasteful beach decor. Enjoy whipping up a fresh meal in the spacious, full-size kitchen with granite countertops and all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze. Prepare refreshing beverages and enjoy them on your private balcony as you take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach-being located on the 10th floor has its perks! With this beachfront getaway, you will also have access to the on-site amenities such as a sauna, tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball court, and beach access!

Just steps from the condo, you can access the beach boardwalk and enjoy the sun and sand! You are also within one mile of town where you can enjoy mini-golf, souvenir shops, delicious dining options, and more. Don't forget to enjoy a day at The Park at OWA (12 miles north) where you can find exciting rides, an arcade, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Balcony construction will be occurring from September 18, 2023, until May 17, 2024. During working hours, noise may be audible and balconies may not be accessible.

Great property, only had a couple of hiccups, only one trash bag for four nights, also had a drain plugged with hair i n guest bathroom ,grandson was ankle deep in water, after removing, drain works fine , great location, awesome view, saw dolphin and sharks from balcony,really an awesome property

1002 beautiful decor and furniture. We enjoyed staying on top floor great balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The only thing condo didn’t have was a pot holder, we made due. Definitely will stay there again.

Wonderful Trip

We enjoyed our time in Palms 1002. The condo was nicely decorated and had a very relaxing feel. Some beach condos are just over the top with loud colors...this was not one of those. The condo was well stocked, clean, and a perfect location. We spent our time on the beach and never visited the pool but it looked nice. I would say that if you are looking for amenities like a nice gym, game room...this is not it. The gym is just a little walk through room and if you play tennis, you would need to bring your own rackets...at least we couldn't find a place to get them. I would stay here again but while my kids are young, I would probably look for a place with a few more amenities available for the kids.
