The Oasis at Orange Beach 1813 (formerly Phoenix West II) is a luxurious three-bedroom, four-bath condo with north-facing views from the 18th floor, offering stunning panoramic views of Gulf State Park. This elegant retreat combines comfort, style, and resort amenities for an unforgettable stay.



Unit Features:



• Balcony access is from the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining area seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom features two queen-size beds



• Third bedroom features two full-size beds



• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out



• Parking for a maximum of two cars; guests must purchase parking passes at the front desk or online prior to arrival ($60 each). Guests staying longer than 30 days must purchase additional parking passes for each 30-day period or any part thereof.



• Minimum age to rent: 25 ***The association strictly enforces this rule; proof of age is required at check-in



• Strict No Smoking policy except in designated areas; fines apply for violations

• Stairwell painting – almost completed, still working on the west side



• East Wall repairs- closure must be extended through Wednesday, March 4.



• Ground floor hallway cleaning/painting- This project starts the week of Feb 16th



• The Beachside Cafe & Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays; open Wednesday – Sunday from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM



• New Features: Adult-only pool, kids’ splash pad, bar & grill, and 14th-floor hot tub/sauna/shower area (18+ only)



• Tiny Tot area available for guests ages four and under

Clean condo, perfect location

It is a very clean condo. We loved the pool area. We couldn’t enjoy it due to time of year we are there but beautiful area. Our only complaint was it isn’t very friendly to us having guests or being pick up by outsiders. It was very confusing as to where they are to park or pick us up. They were very nasty to our company. Other than that it is a perfect place to stay.

There is plenty of things on site to occupy your time without having to leave. The condo was very clean and equipped. Will definitely stay again. Only issue is elevators being packed around check out and Fridays around check in.

10/10 recommend! This property is beautiful, and has so much to offer. The listing did show the unit overlooking the beach, and we got a street view which was a little bit of a bummer, as that was a huge plus for us when deciding on a rental.

ONE OF THE BEST IN ORANGE BEACH IVE BEEN TO.

All I can say is that this was one of the best condos I’ve ever been too in Orange beach, this place is Clean really organized the PM was really responsive and let me not forget how easy check in and check out was, went smooth.I’ll have to say I’ll be booking again with them soon!!I highly recommend you guys to book with them!

Awesome property

The home was clean, spacious, and cozy. There’s so many things to do on the property that you really don’t have to leave. The home is equipped with so many household items. The property has indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, water slide, and easy beach access.
