The apartment is a delightful south facing, open plan maisonette apartment located in a very peaceful location on the beautiful Cote d’Azur. It has a bright and well appointed kitchen overlooking the sitting room, dining room and large private terrace, with stunning, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean, La Figurette Harbour and the Esterel Hills. There is a well kept shared swimming pool, which overlooks the sea, is surrounded by greenery and is very privately located (not directly overlooked by any apartments). Whilst the marina, with a few bars and restaurants, and the local beach, are just at the bottom of the hill - about a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful located apartment

The apartment, with huge terrace, is located in a quiet residential area near the beautiful beach of Miramar. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is good but lacks big casseroles but there are lots of good restaurant options nearby. During the heatwave the bedrooms get really hot

Our special holiday in the south of France.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the large and comfortable patio were spectacular. The unit had everything we needed. And the extra powder room was very handy as we were a party of four. The updated kitchen had everything we needed for our stay of three weeks!! We would definitely recommend this unit. And the owners were very helpful in communicating both before and during our stay. And we do plan to return next year. Fred and Pat

Magnifique vue sur la baie de Figueirette depuis la grande terrasse. Voiture indispensable pour faire ses courses et profiter de la côte. Accès à la mer en 10 min à pied, et accès au massif de l’Estérel derrière l'appartement en 20 min à pied. Piscine très agréable.

Appartement conforme à nos attentes. Par contre il a fait très très chaud et la climatisation a manqué. Les multiples ventilateurs n'étaient pas de trop.La proximité de la plage était bien, ainsi que la piscine.Dans l'appartement il y avait tout le nécessaire.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Es könnte an einigen Stellen etwas renoviert/ausgebessert werden und das Mobiliar u.a. im Bad könnte mal erneuert werden, aber es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (u.a. mit einem großen Kühlschrank) und die Terasse mit diesem fantastischen Ausblick hat für alles entschädigt. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und der große Pool wurde gerne genutzt. Mückenschutz an den Fenstern der Schlafräume wäre wünschenswert.Der Strand ist sehr schön und die angebotenen Wassersportmöglichkeiten riesig und zu zivilen Preisen. Da die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb liegt, empfehlen wir ein Auto. Es gibt aber auch gute Angebote mit Bus, Bahn und Navette.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Herrlicher Ausblick

Am schönsten war die Aussicht von der riesigen Dachterrasse, die Ruhe (leise trotz gelegentlicher Flugzeuge und der Bahnlinie), Umgebung und Lage. Die Wohnung und Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekomnen. Empfehlung: Mückenschutz an den Fenstern und Terrassentüren, Kopfkissen für Allergiker auch für die Erwachsenen. Keine Wolldecken, sondern allergikergeeignete Decken bei den Kindern. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in naturnaher Umgebung! Grandioser Blick!

Schönes Ferienappartement mit Traumaussicht

Ein schönes Appartement, das mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist und fußläufig zum Strand von Miramar gelegen ist. Die Terrasse ist super und der Ausblick von dort spektakulär. Das Mobiliar ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß und entspricht qualitativ nicht immer der Inseratbeschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr zufriedenstellend und unbürokratisch.

Séjour agréable, au calme avec très jolie vue sur la mer . Ne convient pas vraiment pour quatre retraités, la deuxième chambre n'est pas très adaptée . La vaisselle n'était pas propre à notre arrivée !! Dans l'ensemble prestations correctes .

Appartement très confortable avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié le silence, la vue, la literie, les équipements (même si nous aurions apprécié un ventilateur dans la chambre). Attention, voiture indispensable !

Positives: + Tolle Aussicht, große Terrasse, schönes Appartement + Sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden + Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Negatives: - Steckdosen und Beleuchtung teilweise nicht funktionsfähig - Eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern wäre gut oder alternativ Fliegengitter um Nachts lüften zu können ohne von Fliegen gefressen zu werden - Der Weg zum Strand und vor allem zurück verlangt schon etwas Kondition, insbesondere wenn kleine Kinder dabei sind

Wir werden auch diesen Winter sicherstellen, dass alle unsere Steckdosen überprüft werden. Einige Steckdosen werden von einem Hauptlichtschalter gesteuert, was möglicherweise das Problem war. Wunderschöner Ausblick mit kleinen Abstrichen bei Lage und Umgebung

Wir haben unvergessliche Tage in Théoule-sur-Mer verbracht, besonders der Ausblick von der großzügigen Terrasse ist wirklich atemberaubend und entspricht der Beschreibung, wie auch der Rest der Wohnung. Spülmaschine / Waschmaschine und WLAN haben einwandfrei funktioniert (TV / Video haben wir nicht genutzt). Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren angenehm und ausreichend vorhanden. Je nach Windrichtung gibt es jedoch leider Beeinträchtigungen durch Anflugverkehr zum Flughafen Nizza sowie durch die nahe gelegende Eisenbahnstrecke, sodass der Aufenthalt auf der Terasse nicht immer ungetrübt war. Der lokale Strand (beim Port de la Figueirette) ist leider nicht sehr einladend, weshalb wir meistens den Plage de l'Aiguille (10 Autominuten nach Théoule und weitere 10 Gehminuten bis zum Strand) aufgesucht haben. Leider gibt es keine fußläufigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, weshalb man auch für kleine Einkäufe (z.B. frische Baguettes / Croissants) stets ein Fahrzeug benötigt (in der Hauptsaison soll es einen Bäckerwagen auf dem Gelände geben). Wir haben lohnenswerte Tagesausflüge nach Cannes, Nice, St. Tropez, Grasse und Saint-Paul-de-Vence unternommen (besonders letztere sind sehr zu empfehlen). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der genannten Einschränkungen können wir die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Agréable séjour

Avons passé ( 2 personnes) un agréable séjour dans cet appartement cosy / cocooning. Très bien accueilli par Michèle et son mari qui nous ont remplacé le soir même de notre arrivée la TV en panne . Par contre, nous avons dû nous passer de la WIFI. Merci à eux 2 pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Propreté de la location et literie impeccables. On ne se lasse pas de la vue magnifique de la terrasse (spacieuse). Avons fait du sport avec les marches tant pour atteindre la location que pour aller à la piscine (un peu de sport fait du bien …. Mais ne pourrait convenir à des personnes à mobilité réduite) Ventilateurs indispensables dès 25 °. Un micro onde serait le bienvenu. Avons apprécié les échanges en français avec la Propriétaire Mme CUNDELL A noter, pour les Français le supplément des frais de change « euros / livres » au prix de la location.

Beautiful place, beautiful view. Cumbersome walk back from the Beach.

We' ve started planning this holiday at the beginning of the year. I've assumed internet being part of the offer and when already booked, realised it was not. Asking Annabel, she soon arranged for adding Broadband in the appartment, which traveling with children can be a blessing.Thanks for that! The ceiling ventilator in the main room stoped functioning twice in our 2 weeks stay, starting again by itself without any repair action. Both this Ventilator and the one at the living room ceiling were blessings in the very high sommer temperatures. We missed a larger pot, in order to prepare pasta for our party of four, but Michele, the local contact has assured to provide with one soon. Maybe a Microwave would also nhance the offer. Being the restaurants at the shore, and not wanting to use the car everyday (and look for parking spots), and to walk the whole way down and up too often.... we did use the kitchen very much for our meals. The local contact was very friendly and collaborative whenever we had questions or issues. Those travelling from Germany, remember that the french outlet for electricity will not work for schuko properly... you might need an adapter.

Super Urlaub!

Wir waren bei der Ankunft eher früh dran und sind dann noch auf das Reinigungspersonal getroffen. Das was schon das erste tolle Erlebnis in Frankreich. Es waren zwei Einheimische, äußerst sympathisch, und wir kamen mit ihnen ins Gespräch. Auf Englisch da wir leider kein Französisch sprechen, aber die Konversation klappte einwandfrei. Wir bekamen gleich ein paar tolle "Insider" Tips. Die Wohnung wirkt beim ersten betreten etwas älter aber wenn man sich es erst einmal gemütlich gemacht hat, spürt man gleich den besonderen Flair den die Wohnung versprüht. Man merkt wirklich, dass die Wohnung auch öfters und vermutlich auch länger von den Eigentümern bewohnt wird. Man fühlt sich mehr als Gast bei jemandem zu Hause, als in einer klassischen sterilen Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht, eher noch mehr. Und das beste überhaupt ist die Terrasse. Einfach nur genial. Diese ist übrigens mittlerweile mit neuen großen, hellen Fliesen verfliest. Ist hier auf den Fotos noch nicht zu erkennen. War ein mega schöner Urlaub...Danke!

Amazing views with huge terrace

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily return. The views couldn't be better and as the living room / kitchen and dining room overlook the large terrace you can't avoid admiring the Mediterranean and surrounding hills throughout the day. There were no neighbouring properties overlooking so we didn't feel like we were in an apartment. There was also a quaint garden entrance to the apartment that backs onto walking trails that we hiked along in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.

We have owned and loved this apartment since we first saw the site in 1983 and purchased off plan. Since then it has been both a holiday home and a full time second home when we retired. We still use it as often as our busy and scattered family can make it to the Cote d'Azur, and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do

Why they chose this property

We purchased this particular property primarily because of the view and because it was in an area we loved and had spent time visiting before we decided to buy. This bit of the coastline is classic Cote D'Azur, beautiful red rocks and fabulous blue sea, with the Esterel forest and national park right behind the apartment.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of this property are definitely the view and the open layout of the apartment. Waking up in the morning and walking out of the bedroom into the main living area is a joy - it is immediately relaxing to remember where you are and to see the clear, deep blue sky and sparkling sea.
