Idéalement situé, face à la mer et au Massif de l'Esterel. Les commerces sont à environ 10 minutes de voiture de la résidence tels que pharmacie, supermarché, boulangerie, banque.... L'appartement se situe dans un domaine sécurisé et fermé! La résidence est équipée d’une piscine ouverte en saison. Il est agrémenté d’une place de parking privée et couverte.

L'appartement se compose d'un salon avec canapé convertible (pour couchage 2 personnes 140cm), une cuisine ouverte sur le salon (four, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, plaque de cuisson 2 feux, réfrigérateur, machine à café nespresso, etc… Une chambre avec lit 140cm pour deux personnes et une armoire de rangement, salle de douche et wc.

L'appartement est au 1er étage et bénéficie d'une agréable terrasse face à la mer. La climatisation a été installée dans le salon en 2024.

Réservation faite sur le site en janvier, bon contact immédiat avec florian, sejour agréable, apt très propre, bonne literie, un peu loin de la plage, à pied il faut compter 25 minutes et ici il fait tres chaud donc il nous a fallu beaucoup de courage, sinon rien à dire, des panoramas splendides, de belles randonnées, de bons restos 🌞😎

Schöner Ausblick

Für Wanderung ist die Lage optimal. Verschiedene Wanderwege starten ca. 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir haben den wunderschönen Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht sehr genossen.

Séjour theoule sur mer octobre 2019

Très bon séjour Logement moderne calme et propre Tranquillité assurée Et quelle belle vue ..... très bel environnement piscine et jardin très bien entretenus. J y retournerai avec plaisir je recommande vivement.
