This comfortable, 14th floor condo offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and accommodates up to eight guests quite comfortably. This vacation rental comes with two sets of sliding glass doors and features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area and dining area. Guests will also have access to a host of on-site amenities including shared pools, a fitness room, and easy beach access.

Just a little over two miles east is the Shipwreck Island Waterpark and the ZooWorld Zoological Conservatory. St. Andrews State Park is also just a short drive away.

Wore out furniture

We loved the office staff and the whole vacation except for the wore put furniture and beds in this condo. If this unit had new furniture and mattress this would be the best condo here.

Can’t beat balcony view

Enjoyed my time at Sunrise! I want to mention things that I look for in reviews. Master bed was too soft for me. I have to sleep on a good mattress to be able to sleep and couldn’t sleep on the master bed. I had to sleep on queen bed in second bedroom. Pools were extremely cold ! The one that is heated was not any warmer than the other. And I mentioned it to Vacasa office and it did not get any warmer. But I’m sure they would be warmer later in the summer. Hot tubs were nice ! So over all I had a great time! That was just the few negatives I experienced. I would stay again, just later in the summer.

You can do better…

Just got back from being here Sept. 17-24th. Pictures look nice and at first glance the place is nice but right away we started noticing how dirty the floors were then it was a snowball effect from there. Clumps of hair in corners, hot cheetos under recliner in living room, bottle tops under sofa, etc. The sliding door to the balcony from the living room is extremely hard to open and had a terrible squeak when you opened it. There’s also a very unsettling crack on the ceiling in the master bedroom. It spans across the entire room and goes directly over the bed. Shower also had black mildew in the corners and the light over the shower looks like it’s about to fall down. The master bedroom door DOESNT LOCK! The deadbolt on the front door doesn’t work either. No decent pots or pans to cook with. One tv doesn’t have a remote and the small bedroom tv doesn’t work at all. My family rented the condo next door to ours. Theirs was privately owned and well taken care of so it’s not all the condos here but you can definitely get one better than this one! I gave 2 stars for the beach service. The guys are great and professional. Plus, the location of the condominium is convenient to everything.

Expected Better

The location was nice, many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. I would have liked to see less trash in the area when walking and more consistent sidewalks. The beach was beautiful, clear blue ocean and soft white sands. The unit was less than I expected. There were occasional long waits for the elevator. Only one pool was heated. In our unit the furnishings were mismatched, large rust spot on the dishwasher, chipped edges on the counters, and the washer was very loud. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and I was shocked by the cheap sandpaper sheets. Upon arrival we found a half drank Gatorade bottle and a pill on the floor in one bedroom, a take-out cup under the master bed, and a skirt left behind by the previous renters in the third bedroom. There is no way these floors were thoroughly cleaned before we checked in with all those items still on them. When I stripped the bed before checkout I found the mattress in one of the smaller bedrooms was stained. The large master bath was nice and we did have a nice shower and jacuzzi tub. Views from the balcony were pretty. It was not a complete disaster but I would not choose this unit again in the future. For the price I definitely expected more.

Perfect Vacation Home!

This condo was roomy and clean; loved the decor - it felt more 'homey' than most rentals we've used. Everything was thought of in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. The condo was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We had no issues during our week in 1410! (We didn't find out that one of the pools was heated until later in our week which was a bit annoying, but we did enjoy using it and the hot tub once we knew.)
