The second bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and access to a deck overlooking the neighborhood. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full sized beds and a walk in closet. The backyard has a large enclosed patio with a comfortable table to enjoy your breakfast lunch or dinner. Go on a short walk down the street with all the fixings for smores and enjoy the neighborhood fire pit! This property has it all!

While you are here, enjoy all that The Overlook has to offer! There is a small beach area, fire pit, boat launch, tiki bar and plenty of seats by the infinity pool that overlooks the Little Assawoman Bay. Bring your kayaks and launch them right into the bay from the clubhouse pier. The beautifully furnished clubhouse is equipped with a state of the art gym, bathhouse and meeting room.

Just down the street are plenty of restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores, pharmacies and gas stations are very close and easy to get to, even during the busy summer months.
