Traditional holiday villa with four bedrooms, enjoying a clear view of the Gulf of Almanarre, Hyères and the peninsula of Giens. The house faces south and west and offers magnificent sunset skies.
Located on the Chemin des Crêtes and on the edge of the coastal path, 10 minutes on foot from the Calanque de la Darbousièrre. It has a large flat garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and new washing machine.
The bedrooms have double beds.
The two bathrooms were renovated in 2020.
There is a special room for kyte surf and water activities equipment storage and drying.
Vehicle parking on the property.
The house is ideally located for lovers of the sea, whether to go discover the seabed in the creeks or practice kite surfing on the Almanarre beach which is 1 km away.

Vacances idylliques

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel ! La maison offre une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, avec des criques aux eaux cristallines accessibles à pied pour se baigner dans un cadre idyllique. Tout est parfaitement pensé pour le confort : la literie est excellente, la cuisine très bien équipée, et la maison dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des vacances sans souci. Mention spéciale à Éric, le propriétaire, d’une gentillesse rare et doté d’un sens de l’accueil exceptionnel : attentif, disponible et chaleureux, il contribue vraiment à rendre le séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Belle villa avec balcon terrasse très agréable sous une glycine magnifique. Equipement au top (une pièce climatisée pourrait être ajoutée pour les jours de canicule). Kayak et Paddle à disposition très appréciés. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir la presqu'île de Giens.Merci à Eric

Tolles Haus zum Geniessen und Abschalten

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Eric's Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Zudem war es sehr sauber. Man hat eine wunderschöne Rundum-Aussicht aufs Meer und ist in knapp 10 Gehminuten in einer schönen Badebucht. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. wären gerne

Une maison spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Un studio au sous-sol avec salle de bain pour notre ainée, de quoi vivre en autonomie! De très belles plages sont à proximité (10 minutes de marche pour la plus proche), ainsi que la location de kayaks et paddles (même distance). C'est la Méditerranée authentique que cette maison nous a permis de découvrir! Merci beaucoup à Eric et Anne pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité (par tél et en présentiel) tout au long de la semaine. Nous avons hâte de revenir!

Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen in Eric & Annes Haus. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, oben am Berg in einer Privatsiedlung. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sensationellen Blick aufs Meer. Haus & Haushalt sind sehr gut ausgestattet, die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht. Eric ist ein grossartiger und aufmerksamer Host, der jederzeit erreichbar war und uns viele Tipps gegeben hat. Mit vier Schlafzimmern ist das Haus grosszügig gestaltet. Einfach zu leben - Sommer pur. Wir kommen jedezeit gerne wieder. Danke!

Gemütliches Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Im Außenbereich gibt es sowohl Sonnen- als auch Schattenplätze mit toller Aussicht. Eine kleine schöne Badebucht ist fußläufig in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen und auch andere Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. Im Untergeschoss gibt es neben einem der Schlafzimmer noch einen geräumigen Allzweckraum mit Wäscheleine und Bügelbrett.

Merci Gesine. La quatrième chambre n’est pas au sous sol mais au rez de chaussé ou rez de jardin ; c’est une grosse différence qui peut induite en erreur les visiteurs eventuels compte tenu du fait que la maison est sur deux etages. Cordialement Eric

On a adoré!

Tout d'abord l'emplacement de la propriété est exceptionnelle à deux pas de la plage des Darboussières La maison est charmante. Elle a une âme et l'on s'y sent bien. Elle est très bien équipée. La vue est splendide sur les deux côtés de la presqu'île. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil. On recommande chaleureusement.

Charmantes, geräumiges Haus in excellenter Lage!

Das auf 2 Etagen aufgeteilte Haus bietet viel Raum. Es ist mit vielen kleinen kreativen Objekten eingerichtet :) Man hat absolute Privatsphäre. 3 Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der oberen (Haupt-)Etage. Die untere Etage bildet eine Art Separée und bietet neben den Wirtschaftsräumen mit eigenem Zugang das 4. Schlafzimmer mit einem weiteren Bad und einer weiteren Toilette. Die beiden Etagen sind durch eine Tür trennbar. Alle relevanten Fenster haben Anti-Mücken-Gaze. Die Lage ist super! Meerblick nach Südwest und Nordwest von der Terasse aus. Felsenküste/Kiesstrand an der Südküste zu Fuss erreichbar, besonders geeignet zum Schnorcheln z. B., Sandstrände rechts und links der Verbindungsstrasse zum Festland, sehr geeignet zum Baden und Schwimmen und bei Wind sehr beliebt bei Surfern und Kite-Surfern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wünschten wir hätten mehr Zeit gehabt! Last but not least: Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sind immer offen für Kommunikation und sprechen/schreiben sehr gut Englisch. Vielen Dank Anne & Eric für diese excellente Unterkunft!
