Very rare ! This superb renovated sea view apartment is full of assets for a wonderful holiday in the beautiful seaside resort of Ste Maxime on the popular Gulf of St Tropez.
The 57 M2 optimally furnished allow you to benefit from 2 bedrooms, 1 of which overlooks the sea and a large living room opening onto 2 balconies .
+ The 1 st south-facing bedroom is air conditioned and opens onto the large balcony with sea view.
The bedding (160X200) is new and a large closet will accommodate your personal effects.
+ The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a 140 X 200 cm bed with new bedding and a large closet.
In the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge - freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine), you will prepare breakfasts, meals or aperitifs and enjoy them either on the large balcony of 7m2 with open view of the sea, or on the small north-facing terrace for more freshness.
The apartment is very bright and for your comfort, the main room is air conditioned (reversible air conditioning), the apartment is equipped with a TV, WIFI, separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail.
The residence is ideally located in the very pleasant town center of Ste Maxime (100 meters from the Casino and the beach (2 minutes 05 by foot) while being completely peaceful. You will find a few steps from the building the pedestrian streets and their restaurants, the Casino, the shops, the port, the shuttle to St Tropez ..) and no longer need to move your car!
You will also appreciate being able to do your shopping in a mini-market 50 m from the residence and / or a supermarket 2 minutes 35 by foot (normal walk)
The residence has 33 collective parking spaces. A private parking space 3minute 15 by foot can be rented in addition from June 15 to September 15 (70 € per week).
The apartment is on the 4th and last floor without elevator.
It is ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with 2 children.
Linen is not included (but could be rented according to availability).
Final cleaning is extra (€ 50) and payable locally at the end of the stay.
