So many great amenities at this very nice condominium complex. Fabulous pool and views that you don't want to miss! The fully enclosed, climate-controlled walkway across the street makes getting to the beach an easy trek! After a relaxing day at the beach, take advantage of the hot tub or sauna to wind down. The young and young at heart will enjoy floating down the lazy river or splashing around in one of the pools at this complex. This condo has 3 pools and 2 hot tubs, and the kids love that!

Step inside this beach-themed condo and get ready to be wowed by the fabulous views from the balcony! If you enjoy cooking your meals, the kitchen is fully equipped to make meal preparation a breeze! Stretch out on one of the king beds after a full day of shopping. This condo is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

If cooking is not on your agenda, it is only a short walk or drive to Bahama Bob's, The Hangout, or Desoto's Seafood Kitchen. If shopping is on your mind, Tanger Outlet is just a fifteen-minute drive to Foley. Play a round of Putt Putt golf or take a spin on a go-cart at The Track. So much to choose from!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties and would rent from them again. The condo was as described, had everything we needed, had a great view of the beach, was quiet and we felt right at home. The access to the beach was super easy with the bridge and having the pool and restrooms on the beach side was a nice amenity as well. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Vacation spot!

This condo is extremely clean and provides most everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The three pools are great for the summer months when the beach is scorching hot! The indoor pool is nice and cool! And the large outdoor pool is conveniently located across the road on the beach. The walk way to the beach/pool is so nice with the air conditioning!! I highly recommend bringing your own basic necessities like paper towels and toilet paper. Also, the hideaway bed in the couch is extremely uncomfortable be sure to bring an air mattress. However, they did warn us in advance. The location of this property is perfect This is a wonderful place to stay! Overall 10/10! Will book again.
