Great place, great location!

A great place with plenty of space. It has everything you need for a longer stay in Paris, and you cannot beat the location! A few items need some TLC, for example, one bathroom door did not close and we could not use it during our stay. But overall it was fantastic and we would absolutely stay here again. Lastly even though it was right near everything, it was very quiet and we could easily sleep

A nice stay in Paris

This apt is very well located within view of the gates of the Luxembourg gardens. Plenty of restaurants in the area and easy walking to grocery stores and attractions. Spacious, especially for a Paris apt. Each bedroom has a shower and sink and 3 toilets in hallways. The management was responsive to our needs.

Perfect Paris Apartment Location

This is a GREAT location! Walk outside and you are near cafes, services, shops and Luxemburg Gardens. The apartment is really quite large and quiet. They had plenty of towels for the four of us and the bedding was very nice. We arrived after dark and the outside entrance is not lit - prepare to use your phone's light to see the keypad. Once inside you are in a courtyard and the key was in a mailbox just inside the entry. The correct entrance is on the right in the front once you enter the large courtyard. We had to call and they were very responsive and helpful. Great Communication! Would recommend.

Great location, convenient cafe two doors down where we ate breakfast daily. Clean, modern, safe and secure. Management replies fast to any issues. Thermostats a bit tricky to figure out. Showers/sink in each bedroom both convenient and sometimes awkward, due to fogging up room. There are three toilet closets off of hallway. Kitchen light wouldn’t stay on. Could use more towel hooks and shower caddies for products. All minor inconveniences for the great accommodations.

Great location, but cannot recommend apartment

To start off, this apartment is in a phenomenal location and the hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive. That said…we cannot recommend this apartment. There is an on and off smell in 3 of the 4 bathrooms that resembles sewer smells. This lingers throughout the apartment and is very unpleasant. The cleanliness overall is also a major issue. While the hosts did a mid-week complimentary cleaning, the quality of the cleaning (both when we arrived and after the midweek complimentary cleaning) left a lot to be desired. There were dirty spots throughout the apartment, including dirty Qtips under beds, hairs left in drawers, etc, etc. when we first arrived. Also…the quality of the apartment is very challenged. The floors are warped, one of the towel heaters would not turn off without finding and then shutting a breaker, the coach pillows are “dead” and uncomfortable, etc. As mentioned above, the hosts are great…the location is fantastic…but the apartment itself and how the apartment is cleaned/maintained means we would not, under any circumstances, recommend this nor ever stay again.

Stayz is fine, the apartment is excellent but avoid Pick a Flat like the Plague!

This apartment is outstanding and the location is excellent, particularly for younger children. My wife and I planned to stay in Paris with one of our daughters and her family. Stayz management was, as usual, very good. However, two things happened: - I became ill and was unable to travel; and - Management of the booking was changed from Stayz to Pick a Flat. From the moment that happened, management of the booking was very poor indeed. I advised Pick a Flat that I could not travel to France on multiple occasions and asked them to send all future correspondence directly to my son in law. (I must have sent more than 15 emails to that effect and I rang their office three times and spoke to three different people, all to no effect. All correspondence was sent directly to me (in Australia!), causing inconvenience on many occasions. The worst example occurred at the airport. I had booked a car to take the family from the airport to the apartment and had emphasised to Pick a Flat at least three times that the driver would need to contact my son in law directly. Nevertheless, at the appointed time I received a phone call from the driver to ask where I was! I explained that I was sitting at my desk in Australia, gave him my son in law’s phone number and hurriedly rang my son in law! All finished well, once Pick a Flat were no longer involved. Summary: Outstanding for a group Be very wary of Pick a Flat

Perfect Paris Pad

This very clean and comfortable apartment worked beautifully for our party of six friends and family. I must say that the beds were incredibly comfortable! Probably the best I've ever slept in in any accommodation. The location is so convenient and the AC worked brilliantly. We were completely satisfied. A second key would have been helpful, but we were able to make do with no major inconvenience.

Property is as advertised. We would have liked to have more counter space or drawer space next to the beds. We didn't understand that the toilets were in the hallway until we arrived. There was rather disconcerting.

Great location and wonderful flat

Since there was only one review of this property when we booked this place, I inquired about the issues the renter in 2019 encountered and the owner said they had been taken care of. I can happily say that they were correct. The floor was new and there were no smells in any of the refurbished bathrooms. We loved the location, and loved the cafe just below the apartment. We could not have been happier with the checking process nor the communication with Pick-a-Flat as they were very proactive. We were a party of 6 - my wife and I, our 2 kids (age 17 & 20) and both of our mothers - and this apartment was perfect for us. The only thing somewhat negative was that the new flooring (or possible the sub flooring) was very squeaky. Not a big deal for most people but I’ma light sleeper and my son would wave me up when walking down the hall. But this is a small thing and we would definitely stay here again.

L'appartement est tres bien situé et tres beau mais nous avons rencontrés plusieurs difficultés: - remontées d'odeurs nauseabondes dans la douche qui est dans la chambre, - pas de double des clefs alors que nous sommes 3 - pas de possibilité d'utiliser la 4eme chambre dont le parquet est gondolé et bloque toute fermeture de la porte. Je precise que j'ai fait remonter tout cela au gestionnaire Pickaflat, qu'il m'a indiqué faire son possible poir avoir une indemnisation et que depuis il ne repond plus du tout... un geste commercial pourrait en partie excuser tous ces desagrements mais pas un tel comportement.
