About this property

Luxurious beach house located on the oceanside, just 8 homes from the beach. This 3400 square foot house contains 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths and plenty of room to entertain family and friends. Top floor open floor plan has a granite kitchen with countertop seating, a table for up to 8 guests and a living area and outdoor balcony with views of Bayview Park. Top floor also contains the master suite with private bathroom and cozy sitting area. Second floor consists of a bedroom with it's own bathroom and a TV room that's perfect for the kids. Lower floor houses 3 bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms.
Fenced in patio area with grill to enjoy some quiet time after the beach. Outdoor shower and garage storage for easy access to beach gear.
Bayview Park is only a short walk away. Enjoy summer water sports, a playground, basketball courts, a beach volleyball area as well as concerts and other special events throughout the summer.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We have been renting and vacationing on LBI for many years and I can say without a doubt that this property has risen to the top of our list. The location is perfect-short walk to the beach and right across from the bay and also close to great restaurants and entertainment. The size and layout of the house gives you plenty of room for a big family. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect location in Brant Beach

My family of 6 had a great week at this beautiful house. A short walk to the beach(oceanside of the Blvd) yet picturesque views of the bay every day. The perfect location for your sunset photos. House is very large, clean and offers all the amenities of home.
