Perfect Spot for. Football Weekend

The property was in a great spot for a weekend with a handful of adult couples in town for football. Awesome location with easy access to a variety of restaurants and a short ride by light rail or car to Bank of America stadium/uptown.

Panthers game weekend

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend for the panthers game, the house is very nice and the neighborhood was quiet and close to everything in charlotte! We would definitely stay here again! There is plenty of parking and beds!

Great townhouse and location

This townhouse was is in a great location, walking distance to everything we needed, as well as the street car. Great space that fit all of us perfectly. Kitchen was great, driveway was accessible, and plenty of living space for 8 adults. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful home in an awesome neighborhood

Everything was GREAT. Beautiful home that’s located in an awesome neighborhood. Located close to downtown was also a plus. TVs not in every room was the only negative but it was not a deal breaker. We definitely plan to visit again and encourage others to experience a beautiful home with great host for their visit to the Charlotte area.

Excellent Place!

This VRBO is one of the nicest homes I have stayed in. The house looks exactly as the photos. It is a comfortable space. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots, etc. The backyard is lovely and secluded. The location is convenient to downtown Charlotte. The host is quick to respond to questions. When I return to Charlotte I will definitely reserve again!

Convenient location

Beautiful and spacious house. Check in process needs improvement. Mgr had no idea we booked so we did not get in on time. Mgr should be more professional. Suggest leaving a binder with instructions, amenities and neighborhood information instead of posting on refrigerator which was unsightly and we didn’t see until end of stay. Appreciated sweet treats and small credit for inconvenience. Would have preferred larger credit or later check out. Recommend adding facial tissue and more garbage cans.

This beautiful newly constructed home with amazing location, beautiful finishes, and accessibility, and all the features you'll need for your stay in Charlotte. Walking distance from uptown Charlotte with lots of local dining, shopping, and night life within a short walk. Local park attached to the Charlotte greenway across the street, and the trolley stop is a short walk away.
