This beachfront home is perfect for your next getaway! With incredible sunrise and sunset views over the ocean this house is truly one of a kind!
This single level home boasts a HUGE covered porch with sweeping views of the ocean and Jolly Roger pier and two additional sound facing porches where you can take in the incredible sunsets.
This home is all about LOCATION! With private beach access you are just 15 steps from putting your toes in the sand. (new private beach walkway installed 2023). Topsail Beach’s finest, locally owned restaurants, shopping, seafood market, mini golf, and more family fun are just a short 5-minute walk from here.

Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, this home allows you to relax and rest in luxury and comfort. Features 3 bedrooms each with full ensuite baths, TVs in every room and a pull-out couch for additional sleeping. Other amenities include WiFi, an inviting living room with vaulted ceilings, a 63” LED TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line induction range, refrigerator, dishwasher, beverage fridge and microwave , granite countertops. The unit boasts engineered hardwood flooring in each bedroom (installed 2022) , marble flooring and newly painted interior (2022). Full house water softener and tankless water heater.
Private elevator from ground floor/carport.
Bath towels and linens are not provided but can be arranged through Sweet Dreams Linens (sweetdreamslinen.com) Sweet Dreams Linens also provides baby gear, beach gear and more should your stay require it!

Perfect for our family

This was our second stay at this property. We plan to come again next year. All one floor, elevator up from car port and a covered deck that basically feels like you are sitting right ON the beach, all make this a perfect place for my aging mom. The fact that it is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with things you may have forgotten are all wonderful bonuses!

Great accommodations and location. We attended the Autumn at Topsail festival and walked across the street to it which was our plan and it was great, easy walk. The deck was great. Well stocked kitchen, elevator was outstanding to make it easier to get luggage upsatirs, overall great experience.
