Two blocks to the beach in gated Kiwanda Shores, this single-level 3 bedroom is casually elegant and perfect for 1-2 families, or two couples. It is pet-friendly (one small/med dog only with a pet fee), and family friendly (pack and play, stroller, etc). It has an open family and well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and a gas fireplace with a reclaimed driftwood mantle. Light and bright, this three-bedroom offers single-level living. Modern and clean this non-smoking home has a covered deck, fenced backyard oasis (perfect for your pup OR child), and BBQ. Close to the Pelican Pub, Headlands, and the amenities. Just two blocks to the beach. High-speed Internet & Wi-fi! You will love it!
PACIFIC CITY CUTIE is perfect for a family or a group. With 3 bedrooms, it can sleep up to 9(a King, a Queen, and a Full/Twin bunk room, and sleeper sofa). There are several flatscreen TVs, High-speed Internet and WiFi access.
There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and the great room. Smart TVs with live TV streams, streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu with your account), and screen mirroring from a compatible smartphone or network connected device. High speed wifi internet with speeds up to 300 Mbps. This speed is good for: Video calling/conferencing, HD streaming on multiple devices, and downloading shows, movies and large files.
Movie nights are comfortable in our great room, with easy kitchen access. The kitchen offers a gas range, microwave, crock-pot, spice-rack, blender, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster.
There's an additional stroller, scooters, games, beach chairs, and ping-pong for the in the garage. The outdoor furniture and BBQ are available in the summer months.
Please note that all guests must be 25 and older (except parents/guardians and children) and abide by local noise ordinances (quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am), and CCNR's. No smoking, vaping, candles, fireworks, or parties that exceed the capacity of 7 people allowed to stay.
Parking in the driveway is limited to three cars. Off-street parking is not available. Cars may be towed by Kiwanda Shores HOA if parked off of the street. Parking in the garage is prohibited. Boats, RV's, and other vehicles other than cars are not allowed.
Check in is between 4:00 - 8:00 pm, and Check-out is between 9:00 -11:00 am. There is parking available for 4 cars, and the amenities are very close by. There are walking paths to the town, and private beach access.
There is one medium sized dog allowed (no cats), when the guest communicates in writing that they plan to bring their dog and pays the additional $79 pet fee after booking. Dog must stay off of the furniture. A second dog is sometimes allowable with an $79 additional pet fee after booking. Please clean up after your dog.
Please note our house is not ADA compliant, and does have a couple steps to enter and exit and the bathroom is not wheel-chair accessible. For infants and very young children, bunk beds many not be suitable. Please bring outlet covers and other safety accessories to child-proof the home.
No shoes in the house please. Please limit fireplace usage to 2 hours per day, for it runs on a small propane tank. Please clean out lint in dryer if you do laundry. For your additional security, we have external cameras.
Please note our home is not ADA compliant, and does have a couple steps to enter and exit the home. For infants and young children, please bring outlet covers and other safety accessories to child-proof the home.
If items are accidentally left behind at the house, it is the responsibility of the guest to drive back and pick them up on a day and time that is approved by the host (when another guest has not booked). If our cleaner needs to be involved with pick-up, an additional fee will be assessed for her time.
Please clean your dishes and empty the dishwasher before departure. Please turn the inside lights off, fireplace off, and lock the home upon departure.

Close to beach and clean. Wished there was a few extras such as coffee for all 3 days we were there and shampoo & conditioner which has been standard in other places we have rented. It was nice to have pack and play and stroller available for use which allowed us to have more room in our vehicle while traveling. All in all a good experience.

Property was nice, very clean, and just a short walk from the beach and Cape Kiwanda. Definitely a good spot for a get-away.

Everything was excellent except the constant 25mph wind blowing out of the north, but the property owners couldn't do much about that ;) Super clean place, highly recommend.
This is the cleanest and well equipped properties we’ve stayed at. The owners responded quickly to our questions and were very accommodating. We’d give it our highest recommendation.

Wonderful home as pictured. Easy access to the beach and walking to town via trails. We stayed spur of the moment to get away from the heat with our dog and couldn't have been happier. The owners/managers were excellent too.

I would definitely stay here again. Clare was wonderful in communicating in a timely manner. The home was comfortable, clean and a beautiful private backyard with tall grasses. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes which was great!
We stayed for the thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed everything about this house. It was very clean, conveniently located, comfortably furnished and well-equipped for all our needs. Everything worked great and the host was super responsive to one question that came up. Would definitely return to this house for another stay!

The place was really clean . It was amazing how nice the house was . It was in a perfect location also really close to the beach and walking distance to the brewpub in pacific city where things are happening . Really nice trails to walk in the morning and safe . We will be back .

We loved our stay at this property in Pacific City. The hosts went out of their way to help us whatever questions we had responding within minutes of our minor inquiries. The kitchen is well stocked and everyone felt they had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the property. It is very close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the area and enjoying the dunes and the ocean! We would love to return on our next trip to the Coast.

The house was perfect for my family! Very clean, spacious, well stocked and great location. The beach is a quick walk to the not so busy part of Pacific City. We wanted to stay away from the crowds especially during this Covid time and it was not crowded at all. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back! This house was great, and the Kiwanda Shores neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and had all the amenities that a family would need for a long weekend get-away. It has a great layout and the open Kitchen, dining and family room meant we were all able to hang out in the same area.It was only a couple block walk to the beach so it was quick and easy to go watch the sunset each night.We really enjoyed the private back yard as it was a great place to get a bit out of the wind while still all being together.We also enjoyed how close it was to everything in Pacific City.We will look to rent this house again.

This was a nice to place to stay. There was plenty of room for four adults. There was a bedroom we didn't even use. The kitchen had all the small appliances we needed. Once we arrived we parked and walked everywhere. The home is a close walk to the beach, five minutes or less. It was comfortable for our weekend getaway.
