Le Matelot 3* is an apartment of 63 m² ideally located in the port of Erquy, 10 meters from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea! The bright and quiet apartment, completely renovated, consists of a beautiful living room sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed sea view, a bedroom with two single beds and balcony, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Located on the second floor with elevator, the ideal apartment for a stay with family or friends.
Day area:
- Large bright living room facing south-west with a magnificent view of the bay of Erquy!
- Dining area with a table and 4 chairs
- Living room fitted out with armchairs, coffee table, TV
- Open kitchen fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, plates, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, dishwasher.

Logement sale et insalubre. Nous l'avons quitté après 1 nuit sans même oser nous coucher dans un lit répugnant. Une "aumône" de remboursement de 130 nous a été accordée, alors que nous avons payé 1269.28 et que nous avons dû trouver un autre hébergement A NOS FRAIS en pleine semaine du 14 juillet !

Appartement mit einem wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr schön gefunden. Sie hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Erquy ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eins davon glücklicherweise nach hinten raus, denn gerade im Sommer verursachen die Autos und die vielen Touristen recht viel Lärm. Im Schlafzimmer

LE MATELOT Wir waren zu viert (2 Paare) für 5 Nächte vor Ort und sind begeistert! Der Blick auf den Hafen ist wunderschön und man kann die Schiebetüren weit öffnen. Unsere Fragen wurden immer zügig beantwortet, die Lage ist ein Traum und die Betten bequem. Es lohnt sich, eigene Gewürze und Co. mitzunehmen, wenn man vorhat zu kochen und sowieso mit dem Auto kommt, hätte ich aber auch nicht erwartet und der Supermarkt im Ort hat alles was man braucht. Restaurants sind wunderbar erreichbar und köstlich, traumhafte Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus. Trotz Feierlichkeiten im Dorf nicht zu laut aus unserer Sicht. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement lui même est spacieux et assez propre.Le véritable point fort reste la vue imprenable sur le bord et son emplacement idéal proche des restaurants et petits commerces locaux. Je recommande cet appartement, parfait pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit ressourçant au bord de mer.
