Erquy apartment

Excellent location near boulangerie, supermarket, beaches. We parked opposite and only moved the car once during our week visit. Wonderful beaches all around in walking distance and bars and restaurants in the port. Quiet apartment overlooking little park. Everything has been thought of.

superbe appartement

Appartement bien situé, au centre ville, au 2eme étage, sans ascenseur, avec une vue magnifique sur le parc qui vient d'être ré-ouvert. La décoration est génial, tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. Literie dans la chambre excellente, avec une belle vue sur les hauteurs de Erquy. La literie du canapé est excellente aussi, et l'installation des rideaux pour faire plus chambre dans la salle à manger est très bien. Je pense qu'il faudrait trouver un système pour installer le four en dehors du placard. Ce serait plus pratique si on veut s'en servir. A part ça, rien à dire, tout est très bien. La communication était rapide et très bien. Je recommande ce logement sans problème.

Eine sehr behagliche Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und werden Sie gerne weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieterin zeigt durch die Einrichtung Gastfreundschaft und Geschmack. Das haben wir sehr genossen.

Superbe cosy et agréable

Très chouette appartement, ultra propre (un vrai plaisir !) bien décoré, clair, bien situé, calme et très bien équipé en matériel de cuisine en tout genre : peu vu autant d'ustensiles. Mélanie, très accueillante et prompte à vous renseigner, m'a donné de bons conseils pour des restos, etc, sur place. Bel endroit dans une région que j'apprécie tout particulièrement. Je recommande !

très bel appartement bien situé dans Erquy

cet appartement est très agréable et très bien situé. Il est tres confortable et bien équipé pour toute la famille, nous y serions bien resté plus longtemps... les commerces boulangerie/boucherie/superette sont à moins de 2 min à pied (très pratique pour envoyer ses enfants en mission..), la plage est à 5 min à pied. les sentiers de randonnée sont également accessibles à pied (le sentier des plages sauvages est à qques min à pied) nous y avons séjourné 3 jours avec nos 3 enfants et n'avons quasiment pas utilisé notre voiture sauf pour rejoindre le cap Frehel. un parc avec quelques structures en bois se situe juste en face du logement. la propriétaire Mélanie est très attentionnée et disponible au cas où.. nous y reviendrons à coup sûr pour continuer à explorer la région !

Excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Mélanie. Il est très bien situé dans Erquy, tout est à proximité et tout peut se faire à pied. La boulangerie à deux pas est très bonne et on rejoint le port et le départ des balades en dix minutes. Et en plus il est vraiment joli, très douillet et très bien équipé ! Bref, nous reviendrons :) Merci pour la communication et la gentillesse des échanges.

Séjour à Erquy

Arrivée autonome dans l'appartement que nous avions trouvé facilement. Hyper bien situé, à 2 pas des commerces et de la plage. Appartement conforme aux photos. Rien ne manque. Literie excellente. Connection wifi au top. Une luminosité exceptionnelle. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Excellents échanges avec le propriétaire par téléphone. Adeptes de ce style d'hébergement, nous pouvons dire que c'est le mieux de tous ceux que nous avons réservés cette année. Nous avons adoré et serions bien restés plus longtemps si cela avait été possible !

cocooning à Erquy

Séjour plus qu'agréable dans cet appartement décoré avec très bon goût et dans lequel aucun équipement ne laisse à désirer. L'emplacement est idéal et la vue sur le parc ressourçante .Le stationnement est aisé et la rue calme. Merci à notre sympathique propriétaire pour les le parfum d'ambiance et les bougies qui contribuent à la détente!!

Sehr persönlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage.

Das Appartement ist genau wie beschrieben und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders gefallen hat uns der individuelle Stil der Einrichtung und der sehr nette persönliche E-Mail Kontakt mit Melanie.

Belle retraite

In einem äusserlich eher unscheinbaren Gebäude befindet sich diese mit STIL sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem spannenden Grundriss und praktischer Ausstattung. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen - wenige Schritte zum Bäcker, zum Supermarkt, zum Fischladen, zum Strand. Auch für einen Aufenthalt im Winter gut geeignet - die Wohnung ist gut geheizt und die Geschäfte sind offen. Die Region bietet die Möglichkeit zu langen Wanderungen am endlosen Sandstrand und zu schroffen Klippen. Empfang und Betreuung durch Melanie waren herzlich und hilfreich, vielen Dank. Gerne wieder.

Le nid parfait

Un appartement parfait pour passer ses vacances (même en haute saison) - décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très propre, bien équipé, idéalment situé au calme et proche de tous les commerces et de la plage dans une petite résidance calme et fonctionnel - bref: un appartement qui correspond tout à fait à la déscription de l'annonce et aux photos. Grâce au contact chaleureux avec Melanie une location à recommander sans hésiter.

Eine tolle Zeit in Erquy

Die Kommunikation vorab war super und unkompliziert. Auch der Check-In Vorgang ging reibungslos. Der Check-In war kontaktlos,was wir prima fanden, so mussten wir nicht zu einer ganz bestimmten Uhrzeit ankommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine sehr leckere Bäckerei, sowie eine Creperie. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Straße vor der Tür ist sehr ruhig, es ist eine Einbahnstraße und wenig befahren. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Erquy.

Tolle Wohnung

Die zentral gelegene Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, lässt sich dort ein herrlicher Urlaub verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Trotz der zentralen Lage, stehen ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung, wir konnten oft direkt vor der Haustür parken. Einen nächsten Aufenthalt in Erquy gerne wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage!

Eine sehr nette, gut eingerichtete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in der zweiten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Lage ist zentral im Ort, aber trotzdem (zumindest in der Vorsaison Mitte Juni) sehr ruhig. Die Betreuung vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt durch Melanie war sehr gut, auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter!

Chaleureux et idéalement situé

L’appartement est chaleureux et décoré avec goût, en plus d’être lumineux avec vue dégagée (vue sur un square d’un côté et de l’autre sur les toits). Très bien placé: boulangerie et commerces dans la rue, accès au bord de mer à pied en quelques minutes. Parfait pour notre week-end prolongé avec nos deux enfants. Merci à Mélanie pour son accueil et ses attentions! Nous reviendrons !

Leider nicht wie erwartet!

Im Inserat war die Lage der Wohnung schlecht beschrieben! Altes Hochhaus, stinkendes Treppenhaus! Direkt an der Straße! Der Minibalkon direkt über der Straße mit Blick in einen Baustellenpark! Das Meer war nur auf der Tapete zu sehen! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, der üble Geruch jedoch sehr störend! Schade ☹️

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans le logement de Mélanie qui est très arrangeante (pas vu puisqu'arrivés tard le soir du réveillon) mais on a communiqué facilement. On a tout apprécié : la déco, l emplacement, le calme. C est sûr on reviendra.

Erquy macht Spaß
