CONDO DESCRIPTION
This is a large, completely equipped recently renovated condominium unit in a prime Waikiki ocean front-ocean view location with a fully equipped kitchen.
This unit is a turnkey ready apartment, 500 square feet of living space plus a 120 sq. ft. lanai overlooking a beautiful recreational lagoon and the Pacific Ocean.
This beautiful condo is fresh and clean and recently upgraded with a privacy wall that provides limited separation between the bedroom and the living room areas.
It has a large wall mounted TV, hardwood style floors, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A queen sized bed, one twin bed and a sleeper sofa.
There is a split air conditioner with remote and ceiling fan.
Large bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower (no tub) and a large closet.


DIRECT OCEAN VIEW:
There is a direct ocean view from the moment you first open the front door.
You can watch the blue ocean and the surfers at the premier Ala Moana surfing area.
Watch the boats coming and going to the marina and the ships going by.
See people playing in the lagoon.
Enjoy all of this while relaxing in your spacious condo or on your lanai.

THE ILIKAI LOCATION:
You can't beat the location.
The Ilikai, was made famous by the original TV series “Hawaii Five-0” and “Magnum P.I” and is also seen in the new 'Hawaii Five-0' series and the new ‘Magnum P.I.’
You can swim in the warm Ilikai pool, which is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
And of course the white sands of Waikiki beach are right below the condo.
Dr. Beach's annual survey listed the famous Waikiki beach as the 3rd best in the entire U.S.A.


LAGOON
The recreational lagoon is especially good for children and anyone else who likes warm, protected wading and swimming.
The lagoon water is completely refreshed with ocean water daily.


DINING OPTIONS
There is a great restaurant, a convenience store, and various shops are located right in the Ilikai.
We recommend Cinnamon's, located in the Ilikai lobby, for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

The Ilikai is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants and shops, including the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Chart House and many more.


WAIKIKI BEACH
It is just a short walk down to the famous Waikiki Beach.
Enjoy the beautiful walk along Waikiki Beach while smelling the fresh ocean air.
Hear the gentle sound of the waves.
Walk in the blue ocean water and feel the soft white sand beneath your bare feet.
Lay in the warm sand while feeling the sun rays bathing your body.

Walk the other way to the awesome Ala Moana mall outdoor shopping experience.

Only Valet Parking is available at the Ilikai for $28/day

ALTERNATIVE PARKING
Across the street next to Red Lobster there is a parking garage with lower rates than the Valet Parking.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Check in time is 3 pm (or later) and check-out time is 10 am (or earlier).
Special requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to unit's availability and may incur additional charges.
Minimum stay is 2 days
Maximum stay is 3 weeks.
Special requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
Please remove all perishable items from the refrigerator & dispose of all trash in the condo
Please wash and put away all dishes
Turn off all lights and the air conditioner 
Check under all beds, sofas, and in all drawers and closets for your belongings. We cannot assume responsibility for any items left behind in the vacation rental home. If you have left something in the property and we are able to locate it, we will ship it back to you for $35 service fee, plus shipping costs. We must have a credit card in advance to ship the items back.

INFORMATION REGARDING CHILDREN:
Our Bedding Arrangement & Casual Dinning Area are not designed for toddlers and small children.
The balconies are not recommended for unsupervised toddlers and children.
Keep balcony doors locked at all times when toddlers and small children are present.


NON-SMOKING:
State of Hawaii Law & Condo House Rules do not allow smoking in the unit or on balconies.
Non-Smoking is strictly enforced.
