Monsieur, Je vous remercie pour votre aimable appréciation mais je ne comprend pas votre remarque en ce qui concerne le fait qu'il soit nécessaire de savoir bien conduire pour ce rendre à l'appartement (remarque qui d'ailleurs est la première que je reçois à ce sujet compte l'atteste toutes les appréciations laissées à ce jour) Pour se rendre à l'appartement depuis le centre de Begur par exemple il y a deux itinéraires comme je l'explique à tous les locataires avant leur arrivée. -Un qui longe la côte avec une route à double sens qui est large et ne présente absolument aucune difficulté. -Un autre à travers les bois avec une route à double sens certes pas très large mais très peu fréquentée ou il est rare de croiser la moindre voiture. I had German rentees before and after you and none of them met the slightest problem to get the German channels with the Fransat which work perfectly if you follow the instructions which are very simple Nevertheless, despite of the fact that you did not manage to solve out the channel matter, I do not understand that you overreacted (as you wrote after this publication in your SMS) and wrote such inaccurate grievances - The access to the parking of the flat is very easy for anyone who follow the way of the road (photo in my add that evidence this point) and logically not in the opposite way - The car park is not huge because we are only 8 in the residence but was not able to raise you any problem because the residence was half empty as always during this low season. - The kitchen is modern (2012) and perfectly maintained (household electrical appliances which are all less than three years old) -I hardly believe that the flat would not be clean enough because I sent a very reliable person to make 3 hours of leaning on Palm Sunday (because of your very late booking only one day before your arrival that exceptionally I accept because you told me that you had no other place to go)

Bonsoir, Je vous remercie pour votre très bonne appréciation et espère pouvoir vous retrouver bientôt. Je veille chaque année à essayer d'optimiser le confort de mon appartement. Pour 2018 nous prévoyons : 1-d'agrandir la terrasse (coté gauche de la façade) pour gagner 10m2. 2-mettre un Spa 4 personnes (du coté droit de la terrasse en rentrant) et mettre un brise vue. 3-changer les deux lits superposés de 90cm x 190cm par un lit de 120cm x190 et le second de 90cm x 190cm Ces améliorations seront en principe confirmées vers octobre 2017. Hi Anna, Many thanks for your positive feedback The drain has 2 positions : lock and unlock I forgot to specify this point because it sound obvious and nobody ever claim about this point. Concerning WIFI; We try with my neighbours for the residence to work with the same supplier Obviously he failed during this stay and I am sorry for that. I solve out definitively this problem the week later an contract personaly a new supplier to get a high speed internet access with 4G and 20mb. The internet is now totally reliable and very fast.
