More than nicely situated flat, absolutely fabulous town

If you like France and Britanny, this is THE place for you. It is in an absolutely fabulous location in a small coast town, which seems to be a holiday spot mainly for French tourists, pensioneers, and families. The beach to the shallow and quiet bay is vast and was never crowded during our slightly off-season stay (late June to early July). Ideal also for smaller children for enjoying the water - which is not too chilly due to being so shallow here - and still giving some of the spectacle of the enormous tidal range here. The flat is very nicely cut, well furnished and was extremely well-kept. Our communication with the agency was very friendly, despite our French being almost none-existant and their English being quite limited as well. We made do with online translation and everything worked out fine.

Eine sehr ruhige und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einer Top eingerichteten Küche. Ein toller Ausblick auf das Meer und die unglaubliche Kiefer lädt zum Verweilen auf dem Balkon ein. Der Gezeitenhub (Hochwasser 12,68 m) ist faszinierend.

un séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel

l appartement est très bien équipé sauf qu il manque un sèche cheveux!par contre la VMC était en panne et ne pouvait pas être réparée avant le 12 août!c’est gênant pour des petites pièces sans fenêtre ( toilette et sdb ) difficiles à aérer et à ventiler!on souhaiterait un GESTE COMMERCIAL pour cet inconvénient ? mercîau passage la copropriété ne dispose d aucune poubelle ni d endroit de recyclage ce qui oblige tous les habitants ( car c est un choix de la mairie) à faire des kilomètres à pied pour trouver un endroit de dépôt? et le fait d être obligé de louer du linge auprès d un autre prestataire n est pas très commode ni compréhensible ?

Nous vous remercions pour votre retour et sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’équipement général de l’appartement ainsi que son cadre. Concernant la VMC, nous comprenons la gêne occasionnée, mais cette panne est malheureusement indépendante de notre volonté. Nous sommes tributaires des délais d’intervention des artisans, et la réparation ne pouvait en effet pas être effectuée avant votre départ. Il ne sera donc pas possible de proposer un geste commercial pour un problème technique extérieur à notre gestion. Pour les poubelles, la municipalité a modifié le système de collecte il y a 10 ans environ, condamnant tous les locaux poubelles des résidences. Des colonnes enterrées avec tri sélectif se trouvent à moins de 500 m de l’appartement. Enfin, comme précisé dans l’annonce et dans les mails envoyés avant votre arrivée, nous ne gérons pas la location de linge de maison. Une solution vous a cependant été proposée via un prestataire extérieur, libre à vous de l’accepter ou d’apporter votre propre linge.

Séjour très agréable et appartement super à tous points de vue, très bien équipé, bien situé avec belle vue sur la plage et la ville. Venant du Pas De Calais nous avons bien rayonné dans la région avec un temps clément. Super lieu de villégiature . Claudine et Yves-Marie.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit phantastischem Blick

Sehr schöner ruhiger Ort in toller Umgebung mit einer zahlreichen Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Stränden. Viele interessante historische Städtchen und Dörfer in der Nähe. Es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken und zu besichtigen. Tolle Fischtheke im Super U in Matignon. Eine Wanderung vom Cap Frehel zum Fort La Latte und zurück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Und abends kann man in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche wunderbar kochen und die Speisen dann bei Meerrauschen auf dem Balkon verzehren. Insgesamt ein super entspannter Urlaub.
