For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following amenities:
- Bed linens, towels, made beds, two tea towels, one bath mat per bathroom, and a cleaning kit (one roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), six dishwasher tablets, one sponge, dish soap, one dishcloth, one garbage bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.
Please note that:
- A security deposit of €1600, taken via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival through our partner Swikly.
- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on your departure day.
- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you leave it in the same condition.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.
This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parking spaces are available for rent in one of the building's garages.
