Experience the updated luxury of this first floor villa offering stunning ocean views in a VERY PRIVATE setting within the prestigious, gated Amelia Surf and Racquet Club! The 2 bed/2 bath split floorplan offers tremendous privacy to both suites and the ideal terrace level location means that access to the beach and pools is just steps away across a beautiful sweeping lawn from either of the two private covered patios! The lush tropical setting, spectacular oceanfront views, gorgeous updated interior and private location makes this Villa one of a kind! Perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation.



The Villa sleeps up to six .The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new sealy posturepedic mattress. Sliding doors lead out to a private patio. The guest room has twin beds and a sliding door to another private patio. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. This deluxe floor plan splits the bedrooms offering privacy to both suites. The living room furniture is slipcovered to allow frequent laundering. All linens are frequently replaced. The comfortable, relaxing atmosphere melts away stress the minute you walk in the door!


We supply beach chairs, towels, and a few toys for your use.

Children love playing on the thick green grass while you enjoy an afternoon drink on the patio. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials.

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on Summer Beach. It is a gated community with 4 lighted clay tennis courts and two newly renovated pools. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa resort is located a short walk from our property.

Wonderful restaurants and quaint shops make the historic town of Fernandina Beach a great place for dining and shopping. Fort Clinch, Cumberland Island, and St. Mary are nearby. If you play golf or tennis, you will have many venues to choose from. We have a tennis pro on site that is available for lessons or to help you schedule a match. This is a great tennis team get away location.

All Surf and Racquet condos are individually owned and maintained. We prefer to manage our own property to offer you the best service and value. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards in cleanliness. This is our vacation home as well as a rental for others. We try to offer everything that we would want in a vacation rental.

This condo is totally updated.. , Wifi, local and long distance land line, and hd/ cable is included.

Great stay!

This is a perfect place to stay with children. The fact that it is a very clean, ground floor unit is what keeps us coming back year after year. This unit is close to the beach and close to town. It's the best of both worlds.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time at Rick and Julie's condo! It is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Our kids played on the beach in the morning and swam in the pool in the afternoon, and both were so close to the condo. We enjoyed meals, and the sound of the ocean from the patio. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in any rental! Would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway

The condo had easy access to beach and pools. We appreciated having beach chairs available since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. It was clean and well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. Julie was quick to respond to my questions before our arrival, and I never had to contact her for anything during our stay, which is always a good thing. 🙂

We love the fact that there is grass right next to the patio, so the kids can play. We also love the close proximity to the beach and the pool. This condo has everything you need for the perfect beach trip.

Great views of the ocean only steps away!

My husband and I were delighted with the full view of the ocean from the living room and both bedrooms. Plus the ocean is only a few steps down the boardwalk. The kitchen is very well equipped with the bonus of washer/dryer. The beds are very comfy and bathrooms outfitted very nicely. The living room furniture is very inviting and both patios have a great outdoor set up. The access to the condo is convenient and parking is great. Julie and Rick are terrific hosts and responded to questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend this property!

This was an A+ vrbo experience! The owners were so prompt and prepared with communication. The unit was clean and exactly as described. We never needed to contact the owners the entire trip as everything was in great condition and all instructions were clear for entry, wifi, etc. And of course, the beach and location were AWESOME. So easy and such a great setup for us with a 1 year old. We will absolutely be back!!

We stayed with our family of 4 (2 boys, 4 and 1). Very nice place that was quite convenient...especially being on the first floor. Appreciate the usage of the beach chairs and a few toys that came with the place. A couple pieces of advice to renters: the place has a Keurig coffee maker only; and the only food/ cooking supplies provided are salt and pepper. Keep that in mind if you do a grocery run before you show up! All in all a great experience and we would definitely come back. Thanks to the owners for opening up your space and providing such a nice environment for us.

A Welcomed Refuge from Quarantine Teleworking

Like most everyone, my wife and I have been social distancing from anything non-essential since mid- March. So when the time came to decide how we would spend our 28th anniversary we were cautiously optimistic and eager to find the RIGHT place, this condo was it!! As advertised, it was VERY clean, quiet, well stocked with beach, cooking and linen supplies. We absolutely loved the easy access to the beach via the many entrances to the condo. The location of the property is a short drive from many restaurants, grocery stores, and other community friendly amenities. We had very little contact with the owners, which is the way it should be, nonetheless, they were attentive when called upon. We're definitely considering this venue for our 29th next year.!!

I vacationed with my husband and disabled brother. The condo is beautiful, even during a tropical storm. It has storm shutters, which keep everything and everyone safe during severe storms. It is on the ground floor, making it a safer place for those with physical disabilities. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto patios facing the ocean, and the living room has a full wall of windows facing the ocean. The beds and furniture are comfortable and attractive. The kitchen is well appointed. There are enough towels and linens, paper and cleaning products, beach chairs and towels (which is unusual!). The patios are lovely for coffee or wine (if you drink it), and just listening to the ocean. The owners communicated very well with me, and were very prompt with answers to any questions (even dumb ones). We would definitely stay again.
