The villa offers 150 m² of living space and can accommodate 7 people.
On the ground floor, there is a large 65 m² living area opening onto the terrace and pool, a separate bathroom, and an air-conditioned bedroom with an en suite shower room and bathroom. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a range, a Nespresso machine (a standard coffee maker can be added upon request), and a full-size refrigerator (with ice and cold water dispenser)
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 separate shower room, and a separate toilet.
Beds: 1 bed (160x200), 2 beds (140x190) (one of which is on the ground floor), and 1 extra bed (90x190) that can be set up in either the ground-floor bedroom or upstairs.
Other amenities: lounge chairs and sun loungers, plancha grill, barbecue, outdoor sofa, outdoor shower (very convenient when returning from the beach), trampoline and ping-pong table, electric blinds...
