I spent an excellent 4 day weekend at the property while exploring Cambria and surrounding area. The property was very clean, quiet & comfortable with plenty of porch space and great views. I saw several amazing beach sunsets. The convenience is next level - easy walk to West Village, Moostone and short drive to the parks. A further drive up Highway 1 added a whole new layer to the adventure. It was simple to check-in and the host was very responsive to all my questions. Firmly recommend the property and Breen in the future!!

The view was beautiful and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is the amount of stairs. I didn't realize that the house was actually a tri level. Having someone in the group with mobility issues and a baby, made it a little difficult

Breen vacation station employees, Haleigh and Jackie, were awesome in getting us in quickly and made sure the home was clean and ready. As a bonus, the main bedroom had a very comfortable bed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this house several times over the past 12 years. While we enjoy the view and most things about it we can’t stay here any longer. The master bedroom king mattress needs to be replaced. It is sagging probably because the springs have lost tension over the years. We were not able to sleep well at all.

The location is terrific - a short walk to Moon Beach. The house is a little dated, but was clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views

Everything about our stay was great. The location is fantastic, close to beach, close to town and easy to find. We had a relaxing week. Definitely will stay again.

Interesting home with a beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house layout has a lovely master bedroom off the living room and kitchen down a set of stairs. Then there was s another longer set of stairs to a small bedroom off the garage with a bathroom including a washer and dryer. There are also very uneven stairs outside. I don’t recommend this rental for elderly or anyone with a handicap, unfortunately we had both and two of us tripped and fell. But I highly recommend for anyone younger and fit, you can walk to the beach or town and the view off the living room is absolutely gorgeous.

That View!

Very tidy, cute, comfortable house, perfect size for two people. Great ocean view. Easy walking distance to town of Cambria and the beach. Good dog-walking neighborhood!
