This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort, a AAA 4-diamond resort hotel, in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point) Mexico. It is about a 4-hour drive from the greater Phoenix or Tucson area.

It is located on the 3rd floor, Topaz building in phase 1. It faces the ocean to the West.

There are two king sized beds and a pullout couch that sleep 6 people. Slide open two either side of the three wide living room patio doors to let that fresh ocean air in. Then step out to the comfortable furniture on the wide patio. All TVs are wall mounted with swing arms (watch from the patio), Samsun 4K UtraHD smart TVs, so you can stream to your accounts. The living room TV is equipped with Blu-Ray player.

The master bedroom also has a wide patio sliding door. There is a walk-in closet, with a custom programmable safe. The bath has a separate oversized bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a golf view. The pull out couch is equipped with a queen-size memory foam mattress.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality cookware, flatware, dishware, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, blender, and toaster. In recognition for the love of coffee on the patio in the morning; if you like traditional drip, bring some grounds and filters. If K-Cups are more your style, grab some, we have that option covered too. You will enjoy the look of the granite countertops, and streaming from the free high-speed Wi-Fi internet. The water supply is filtered and safe. An additional reverse osmosis treated supply is available next to the kitchen sink, from the fridge, or in the form of ice from the freezer. Keep tidy with the full-sized washer and dryer.

The resort is a 350-acer master planned beachfront community that is gated, with 24-hour security, has a convenience store, ample underground parking, and two restaurants on the property. Check in 4PM/checkout 11AM any time at the 24-hour front desk. Cleaning services are offered daily, with fresh beach and bath towels.

There are multiple infinity edge pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, splash pads, a slide, covered hammocks, and BBQ grills. Checkout, then try some of the artfully made multi colored drinks at the swim up bar. Then head to the beach a few steps away. Hang in the shade of multiple palapas. Enjoy the drink and food service from the lounge chairs that are roped off from the rest of the beach. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphin fins. You can rent Jet skis or hop on a banana boat pulled by a panga to get tossed around. There are showers for a less sandy return.

The fitness center has top of the line equipment and views. Activities are coordinated by resort staff daily, including a free Kids Club open to 5-12 years old, 10-6 so Moms and Dads get some adult time. “The Links”, an 18-hole championship golf is on site. If you managed all that and built the perfect sand castle, expand your Rocky Point adventure off the property with parasailing, a sunset cruse, horseback riding, ultralight flying, deep-sea fishing, ATV rentals.
