The property is very nice. The pool is literally steps away. Don’t forget to bring beach chairs and tents if you plan to be near the ocean. The staff were friendly and had no issues communicating in English.

The host was very reaponsive and the unit was exactly as described. It was super accessible to the pool, very clean, and equipped with aall necessary amenities, including a BBQ, coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this unit. I would gladly stay at this location again!

Thank you for your feedback. I have to admit, I was quite surprised to read this review. You and I communicated numerous times during your stay, and when you contacted me regarding the propane regulator on the patio grill, I sent maintenance to the condo and the issue was corrected. Yet despite our ongoing communication, not once did you mention any of the cleanliness concerns you have now described in your review. Had you mentioned any of these concerns during your stay, I would have addressed them just as I addressed the grill. I’m readily available to my guests through platform messaging, SMS, and direct speed dial from the condo phone, so there were multiple opportunities to let me know if something wasn't right. I take guest concerns seriously and am always willing to address them when given the opportunity. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to correct an issue when the first time I hear about it is in a review after checkout.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, right in front of the pools and beach entrance. The place is clean, is very well equipped and feels like a home. We loved the food from the Cantina, we went to the gym to workout a little; and our girls were able to enjoy their vacations all three days. The host was very tentative and the personnel at Princesa was amazing.

It was absolutely wonderful. I loved being able to just walk out the door to the swimming pool and beach. Property and condo are beautiful. There are restaurants nearby with delicious food. Host was the most responsive and nicest person I dealt with :) I will be coming back. My whole family enjoyed it.

The condo was perfect. We come down to the Princessa several times a year and have always admired this condo from afar. The patio set up is amazing and we spent almost as much time there as the beach. Location is excellent and everything from booking to checking in and out was seamless. We will definitely be back!!!

My husband, 3 boys and I stayed here and it was perfect. It was really nice being so close to the pool on the ground level. Ive been to Rocky Point 5+ times and this is my favorite place we've stayed. Perfect location. Check in/out was really simple. We will definitely stay here again.
