We are delighted to launch for holiday rental this large 2-bed apartment which has been freshly renovated to the highest standards, including South-facing balcony terrace and secure off-street parking in the apartment complex.

Quality building situated in the heart of St Malo's most prestigious district, Courtoisville, with its charming early 20th century villas all around.

This apartment is ideal for a discerning couple or three adults, or parent with 1 child for example.
We can accommodate up to 4 people, but also seek to minimise noise and disturbance for our resident neighbours.

Generous lounge /dining area and separate kitchen with ample dining space and direct access to the South-facing balcony terrace, 2 large double bedrooms with partial seaviews, large shower-room and separate WC. Private parking in the building complex. Wifi.

NOTA
End 1970s building, essentially occupied by resident couples or single people. In line with building standards of the time, the apartment is not entirely sound-proof. From time to time, expect to hear some overflow from one elderly neighbour's TV set but which you won't hear when you put on the radio or TV in our flat. Otherwise very quiet and residential building.

Schöne und gemütliche Wohnung nah am Meer
Wir waren für fünf Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und haben die Zeit sehr genossen: ruhige Lage - nah am Strand - man hört nachts das Meer - moderne Einrichtung - gut ausgestattete Küche - nette Vermieterin und herzlicher Empfang. Wir haben die Tiefgarage genutzt, die allerdings beim Einparken recht eng ist. Darauf hat die Vermieterin auch hingewiesen. Man findet aber auch in den Nebenstraßen einen Parkplatz. St. Malo, die Umgebung, dieser herrlich lange Strand - wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und man hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Dächer von St.Malo Schön auch, der Ausblick aufs Meer von beiden Schlafzimmer aus. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles lieb gekümmertund erklärt.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung
Carolyn ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in Saint Malo sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Tolle Lage, ruhige Strasse und das Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt. 8 Tage waren leider zu schnell vorbei, daher wollen wir das nächste mal 14 Tage nach Saint Malo und dann wäre die Wohnung von Carolyn erste Wahl für uns.
