Relax on the deck and take in the sights and sounds of the lake. This comfy, clean cottage is relaxation at it's best. The property has a family friendly sand beach swimming area, grassy rec field, swings and volley ball court. The small 90 acre lake offers fishing and nature viewing at its finest! Tons to do in the nearby town and countryside. Nestled in Whiskey Creek Campground, this cottage is part of a friendly property with wonderful people around. Out of respect for other campers, quiet hours must be complied with (10pm-8am).

The cabin was cute, cozy and super clean. Parking is different if more than 1 vehicle is needing to park since it is located in a campground. But nothing we couldn't work out.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck. It was quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. It was nice for 3 of us. The only down side was the men in our group are pretty big guys. The the beds and bathroom were small for them.

I am disheartened to read this review, because I wholeheartedly do not believe it reflects reality. Our campground host, went above and beyond to help you during your stay. We have never had a complaint about him, in fact quite the opposite. He even offered (and gave) you rides in his golf cart! Our host moved boats around to accommodate your novice pontoon driving ability and our other guests helped launch and load your pontoon with their own vehicles, despite you being impatient and demanding with them. After you told me you weren't great with technology, I made sure to call and text you to ensure sure you received the check-in information. You still claimed to have not seen the dock fee info, even though it was sent to you three times, so I waived it. The pet you brought (and never paid for, despite multiple attempts by me) ruined the rug and caused extra nasty cleaning needs; it was the worst our cleaner has seen. We take pride in our campground's friendly atmosphere and cleanliness. So, in the end, maybe Joe did us a favor by unintentionally upsetting you.

Wonderful Place

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our stay. The kids really enjoy fishing off the dock and renting the pontoon.

Great vacation spot

I stayed at the cabin while my sister and family stayed in a campsite. The cabin was spotless and cutely decorated. I had a relaxing time and would consider a return trip.

Good location

Slight snafu checking in but place was clean and comfortable. Close to spooner and all the activity. Place is nice and quiet which was great. Lake is great for swimming or boating

Friends Get Away

This was our second year at the cabin. We had a relaxing lovely time. The space is perfect for a couple of people. The setting is serene and quiet. Just what we needed for a few days away. We hope to return next summer!

Cozy & Modern Cottage

This cottage was very cozy & modern. Nice layout. Great deck with view of lakeside, nice for watching the sunrise & sunset! Owners are very accommodating & friendly. Lake makes for good fishing & swimming. My family of six were very comfortable in the cottage and had a great experience. Will definitely return!
