Enjoy the views from the 14th-floor at this Admirals Quarters condo located on the sandy white beaches of Orange Beach! This two-bedroom condo is perfect for a family getaway and has a private balcony that can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo features a full kitchen with all of the appliances needed for meal prep, a wet bar, and plenty of seating for dining together. You will also have access to the shared outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and beach access! A shared fitness facility is available to keep on track with your workout routine and the jetted primary tub is just the place to soak sore muscle or simply relax after a full day.

When you aren't enjoying the beach and onsite amenities you can head into town, less than one mile west, and enjoy a wide variety of dining options, local shopping, and activities for all ages. Take a short five and a half-mile drive to The Wharf, a waterfront area with a variety of shops, a marina, restaurants, miniature golf, The Wharf's Ferris Wheel ‚Äî one of the tallest in the Southeast, AMC 15 movie theater, & an amphitheater with a variety of different named events!

THINGS TO KNOW
Exterior stucco repairs, as well as exterior painting, will be occurring from September 15, 2023, until February 28, 2024. During working hours, noise may be audible and construction workers/equipment may be visible. All onsite amenities might be closed at any given time by HOA due to construction. Balconies can also be closed off by HOA due to construction.

Not worth the money for this unit

This unit needs to be updated , the couches & beds were very worn down. The pans that are left in the kitchen for cooking are all old & flaking, coffee pot did not work & most outlets in the kitchen did not work. My daughter found a pair of underwear left behind in the bathroom & elevators did not work for almost a full day (walking up & down. 14 flights of stairs is no fun). When seeing other condos at this resort I was disappointed we paid a similar price for units that were better with accommodations

The Uncomfortable Beach Stay

I love the location of the property. However, there are many problems with this particular unit. The unit was dirty when we checked in, but manager immediately sent a team out to clean it up. The beds are horrible and no one got a good nights sleep the entire week. The burners on the stove are not level which makes it hard to cook (I'm sure alot of people don't cook while at the beach but we did). The couch cushions need to be replaced. You sit on either of the couches and you sink. Not comfortable at all. There is also why too much stuff sitting out especially in the master bedroom on the dresser. Things could be much improved. I love the location of this property and have stayed there before; however, I would not stay in this unit again. Needs work!

Worst Unit we’ve ever Stayed in

The property is in DESPERATE need of updates. The mattresses are very uncomfortable (and definitely disgusting). The bed spreads on every bed were stained, old, gross, definitely haven’t been washed in years! The closet in the master has no flooring, yes you read that right, NO FLOORING! The floor is painted concrete and is so sticky I wouldn’t even put my luggage on it. There’s mold in the shower. When we arrived the floors were covered in sand, we had to complain and have someone come vacuum. The thermostat repeatedly reset to 81 degrees throughout the day AND night, and wouldn’t go below 69 even if you wanted it to. It was never a comfortable temperature all week and the management company “Vacasa” gave us the runaround on the reasoning until we got home. They even sent me a 20 step process of how to fix the issue, which did not work! The kitchen is woefully I’ll equipped. Hardly any cookware at all. I would absolutely NEVER stay in this unit ever again even if it was free! We love Admirals Wuarters and have stayed in that building almost 20 times! This unit is NOT representative of the rest of the building. Completely gross! I would advise against units using Vacasa as a management company!

The sofas are worn out as is the master bedroom mattress and box springs. Very uncomfortable. The kitchen ranges burners will not stay flat. Cooking is frustrating. Cookware has seen better days. Patio furniture is cheap plastic table and chairs. Also broken.
