Cozy Beach House off 30A in Seagrove/Grove by the Sea w/4 bikes

Sunny & Cheers is nestled in Grove by the Sea off 30A in Seagrove.
We made so many happy memories at our beach house that we want to share it with others. We have 2 large bedrooms with there own bathrooms. Right out our back door is one of the two pools in our neighborhood that is lined with lots of beautiful trees and winding sidewalks. It is heated during our winter and spring months for those days it could be a little chilly outside. There is a tennis court/ pickle ball court with a basketball goal that we loved to play on. Enjoy sipping coffee on the porch swing listening to the ocean waves on one of two of our screened in porches. Take bike rides ( 4 adult bikes plus one child's bike included with your rental) to the beach or Seaside to grab ice cream or a grilled cheese at The Meltdown ( one of our favs). Lots of beautiful art lines the walls from local and regional artists b/c our family used to own The Studio Gallery in Grayton Beach...still a must visit! The Master bedroom has a new king size bed and a large mounted flat screen tv with it's own screened in porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The house was recently renovated and freshly painted and ready to make memories with your family. New photos coming soon!

We’ve never stayed somewhere where the host was as nice, caring, and accommodating as Taylor. We can’t say enough great things about her. The house itself is perfect for a family - great proximity to the pool, the ocean, nearby restaurants and shops. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back to stay!

“Comfortable, Convenient, and Hosted to Perfection”

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, with everything we needed close by.What really made our experience stand out was how incredibly responsive and helpful the host, Taylor, was. From the moment we booked, Taylor was quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. Wonderful time in Seagrove!

Our family had the best time at this cozy beach house in Seagrove! Taylor is an attentive and gracious host-leading up to our trip she was so helpful with suggestions and tips to help us maximize our time and experience in 30A. Her sweet home is even more captivating in person and was the perfect homebase for our stay. Her style and decor exudes warmth and comfort. It truly felt like home away from home! The location is fantastic, tucked away off 30A (for peace and quiet,) but just a short bike ride to seaside, watercolor and the beach. There is so much to do right outside your door- two pools within the complex as well as a basketball and tennis/pickle ball court. We did not want to leave and are looking forward to coming back again. We loved every minute!

Wow... What a GREAT PLACE & GREAT OWNERS!

The property is bright and cheerful, located in the back of the subdivision, so it’s super quiet. It’s also a stones throw away from a private pool! The owners were extremely helpful, and take excellent care of there amazing home. We are definitely coming back!

Our family of 5 had the best week at this home! This house is everything you could ask for…beautiful, comfortable and clean! The location is great…in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities: pool, courts and close to Seaside! Taylor was incredible with responding to any and all questions and gave so many great recommendations! Would absolutely book this home every time!

Wonderful vacation

We had a delightful stay at this cozy beach house. The accommodations were just as described. Taylor was extremely responsive to our inquiries and helped us with activities, restaurants and even additional bike rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and away from 30A but only a few minutes walk to the beach from the cozy cottage. We enjoyed the screened porches for morning reading time. The pool was just steps from the house for afternoon break. All in all, a great Gulf coast experience. I give Taylor and her home my highest rating.

Lovely Place in Seagrove

The owner has assembled such a beautifully decorated and comfortable house. We felt a sense of calm once we entered - the colors are soft blues and greens like the sea and there are large comfy couches and serious attention to detail. There are high quality and attractive beach towels, luxurious bath towels, nice scented candles, and nice hand wash in all bathrooms. The showers even had great shampoo and conditioner. There are two bedrooms, one which can sleep 4 children, and the other is the master bedroom. The upstairs porch has a daybed (love this), and the front porch to the house has a nice sitting area. We were evacuated from Hurricane Ida, and the owner could not have been kinder and more gracious. She even left us a very sweet welcome gift (and included something for my son) because she knew that we had a rough few days leading up to our time in Seagrove. This place is a big WIN. We will be back!

The best compliment I can give the experience is we've come back to stay here 3 years in a row! Great house in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the pool, a short walk from the beach, and a quick bike ride to the food and shops at Seaside. Communication with the owner has always been quick and easy. Very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house was the perfect distance from Seaside, as well as the beach, and lots of restaurants. The house was extremely clean, and equipped with everything we felt we needed. The owner was extremely proactive, and checked on us multiple times to ensure that our stay was going well. We loved our time at this cozy beach cottage!!

2nd stay in Seagrove

We loved it so much last summer we came back! Great home in a quiet neighborhood. Just steps from the back door to the pool. A short walk to the beach. Bikes provided to tour the area. Not far from Destin or Panama City - so you can hang back and relax, or go find some activities. We love the house - very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would come back again!

Perfect vacation

We had a great time in Seaside! The house is in a very nice area, clean and quiet. Very convenient access to the beach and neighborhood pool. Cutest beach house

This was our second time staying at this adorable beach house. You will not be sorry booking this house. It has everything you need for your stay; beach towels, bikes, wagon, beach toys, just to name a few. This property was exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable, and it’s tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s also decorated adorably and is so cozy and welcoming. Taylor is an amazing hostess and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

First week of summer

From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and welcoming. For our family of 5 coming together for a vacation, this was the perfect spot! The house had everything we needed, it didn’t have clutter, it was well kept, and comfortable. If I HAD to write something “negative” it would be that one bike made a little noise, but it became a family joke of who would pick it (always me)!! But keep in mind, the bikes are complimentary and such an added bonus!

Wonderful place

Beautiful and cozy home that is very clean in a wonderful neighborhood. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds fast. Sweet little beach home

We adore this sweet little beach home. This is our second year here. Access to the pool out the back door and the bikes are a couple of our favorites. A very short walk to the beach in early morning is delightful and invigorating start to the day. Amenities within the home are impressive: the kitchen is flush with everything needed for gourmet meal prep and presentation, cabinets are stocked with games and books for everyone to enjoy, and the beds are the best. But the best part of this home is the consummate hospitality of your hostess. Taylor is the best. She is lightning fast responsive and will exceed your expectations in making sure everything about your stay is flawless. We give her and here home our highest recommendation and will be back often. You will not be disappointed.

My name is Taylor Sullivan Irwin. I was born and raised in Nashville Tennessee. I love sweet tea, my family, the beach, and God...maybe not in that order.
I moved to the beach with my 3 babies plus our fur baby Tucker and later added Lulu both rescue puppies. I raised my babies at this wonderful house!! It holds great memories here!! I reconnected with Steve Irwin my husband after lots of years...we met when we were 14 at Young Life...he had a crush on me for all those years, and I never knew it until we reconnected. God has great plans!! Now I have 5 children ( 2 bonus babies), and a wonderful loving husband, & a fur babies....my life is extra full of love!! Hope yours is too!! xo- Taylor

Why they chose this property

We loved our home from the moment we saw it...it's so cute and cozy and full of life. We are so excited to share our happy beach house with other families!! It is small but full of personality...lots of fun art, cozy beds and furniture, comfy screened in porches and close to lots of great places to eat, shop, and sunbath. We love that the pool is behind our house which is heated in the winter and spring months. There is a front pool too. There is a tennis court/pickle ball court with a basketball goal on it thanks to my son Will. We love to walk on the tree lined paths in our neighborhood that lead to the beach. We have a very close beach access or you can drive just down the street to the public beach access too that has bathrooms and a water fountain with a life guard on duty. We included 4 new beach cruiser bikes to enjoy!! We love to ride to Seaside...so much to do!! It is about a mile away. We hope you enjoy your stay!! xo

What makes this property unique

We have loved the large trees that wind around the paths. It is like you are in the forest...secluded and quiet. However, you are a mile away from Seaside which is full of shops, wonderful places to eat, and lots to do!! I hope you make as many happy memories there as we have!!
