Good location..good value

Great access to the Waterfront, use of the hotel concierge service to book tours and restaurants. Very secure area which was well patrolled by security services. Great nearby supermarket and coffee shops, casual restaurants and upscale dining. The unit had most of the key amenities as a self serve unit. The drawbacks related to the overall level of cleanliness in the unit and the bed was a bit old and sagging. A good facelift (paint, cleaning, replacement of a few items) would make a big difference for this property.

Clean, excellent location, good security

Johnathan was very helpful. The apartment is clean and the complex has excellent security. It also is an excellent location, as it's an easy walk to V&A Waterfront and the CBD. Castle of Good Hope, Company's Garden is a little more of a hike, but very doable. Bo-Kaap is very close. We were there for eight lovely days, and the apartment suited us well.

Avant tout, le propriétaire s'est montré très rapide dans les réponses et très disponible quand il a été sollicité. Tous ses conseils ont été très utiles. L'appartement est idéalement situé entre le Waterfront et le City Bowl: tout peut être fait à pied. La place de parking disponible s'est avérée très utile. L'appartement est très bien entretenu et très propre, dans un lieu parfaitement sûr et proche de toutes commodités. Par ailleurs, il est très bien équipé (notamment avec un lave-linge). Enfin, il y a un balcon qui est très agréable. C'est donc un endroit absolument idéal pour visiter le Cap et sa région. Merci encore à Jonathan pour sa disponibilité.

Great apartment on the edge of the city and V&A Waterfront

Jonathan did a great job communicating, meeting us and the apartment was a perfect size for two. Nice to have security of a hotel, but advantage of apartment features. Appreciate his flexibility with timing.
