This is the perfect family vacation home. The lovely 6-bedroom home sits on a mature lot with a private pool and two screened porches, it is only a 5-minute bike ride from the nearest boardwalk and very close to the famed Ocean Course. This residence greets you with a beautiful front entry staircase and front double doors. When you enter the home, the dining room and kitchen are to the right and the main living space is straight ahead. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a large center island with four bar stools, upgraded appliances including a wolf range, vent hood, fridge built in to the cabinets, beverage fridge, and a breakfast area with seating for five. You can also access the first screened porch which features a table and eight chairs. The living room features a large sofa, flat-screen TV, and access to the back deck that leads to the pool area.
