Great Marseille stay

Great location for walking to shops, eateries and the metro. Nice high tech features for access. Flat was comfortable and well furnished, as advertised. Would recommend.

Highly Recommended

The apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished and is situated close to the Vieux Port, all amenities and public transport. This is an ideal property for anyone wanting a short break in Marseille and communications with the owners were excellent at all times. Highly recommended.

Very good stay

We want to thank Sylvie and Gilbert for our stay at their apartment during September. There is a metrostation nearby and vieux port is at a very short walk. The communication with the hosts went very well, they also provided recommendations for the region. The apartment itself is very spacious and everything that you need is provided. We would recommend it!

Fabulous location

Truly a gem in the Noilles neighborhood. Short walk from the train station. Very clean, well equipped and thoughtfully designed, for ourselves for four nights as well as our overnight guests. Good communication with our hosts. Yes, there is urban noise when the windows are open but otherwise super location for accessing the old port, restaurants and shops in Cours Julien. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal flat - good location

The flat has it all: The living room is big with plenty of seating area, a large dining table and kitchen, completely surrounded by glass windows and a circular balcony. Bedrooms were cosy, beds very comfortable, and aircon worked great. The apartment is tastefully decorated so it was just nice to stay there, generally speaking. Kitchen was well-appointed and there were two bathrooms for the flat with one toilet. The washing machine was easy to use but bring your own detergent. We left a large box for the next guests. The location is 10 min walk to the train station, 10 min walk to the port, and 30 minute walk along the water to the Palais du Pharo (conference center). The caretakers were incredibly responsive to messages and provided a lot of information. It made the whole stay easier. The only downside is that there are homeless in the neighborhood sleeping in the vestibule and on occasion within the building itself. There is a police station just across from the flat, so this helps a bit. I would definitely stay here again.

Comme nous vous l avons précisé le centre ville accueille les sans abris qui ne souhaitent pas aller en centre d hébergement. Cela est malheureusement fréquent dans les grandes métropoles.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. In den schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumen, lässt es sich wohl sein. Sie erlaubten uns - zusammen mit der sehr guten Ausstattung - uns „zuhause“ zu fühlen. Sylvie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns umsichtig informiert.

Wunderschöne und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung!

Als Gast findet man eine große, moderne und schön dekorierte Wohnung vor. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gerade für Familien empfehlenswert. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad. Alle Räume sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es ist alles an Gegenständen und Utensilien des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden. Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Magnifique appartement

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement à la décoration soignée extrêmement bien placé, très bien équipé avec une bonne literie seul petit bémol il est situé au dessus d’un boulevard assez bruyant

Effectivement notre appartement est en cœur de ville, nous avons traité de façon efficace la problématique du bruit côté boulevard en équipant les fenêtres d un vitrage spécifique. Une des deux chambres ne donne pas sur le boulevard et est très calme. Bien cordialement

Problèmes de pannes interphone et ascenseur

Appartement très bien MAIS nous avons subi un préjudice en raison d'une panne d'interphone durant tout le séjour et d'une panne d'ascenseur la moitié du séjour (4ème étage) ce qui nous a occasionné des problèmes sachant que notre critère principal était la présence d'un ascenseur.

Sylvie et Gilbert sont exceptionnels, dès la réservation nous étions en contact et ils nous ont fait des recommandations pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. L'appartement est super, encore plus jolie que les photos, la localisation stratégique pour le départ aux différents activités, avec le vieux port à 5' à pied et le métro e tram en bas de l'immeuble. Nous étions ravies de notre séjour et de nos hôtes qui ont su partager leur passion pour leur ville. Surement nous reviendrons à Marseille et chez Sylvie et Gérard !!!

Notre séjour dans cet appartement s’est merveilleusement bien passé ! Une très belle décoration où tout est pensé dans le moindre détail. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé, sécurisé, spacieux et chaleureux. L’emplacement est idéal pour les visites, il est à 2 pas du vieux port. Appartement idéalement placé

Le sejour c'est merveilleusement bien passé l'appartement est somptueux, refait a neuf avec une prestation de niveau 4*.ca de voit dans la qualité apporte aux details. La decoration donne un thème general a l'appartement. L'emplacement est ideal pour visiter Marseille et il est facilement acessible depuis la gare en arrivant.
