This wide and welcoming three rooms lodging on the ground floor of an ancient restored farmhouse includes a large living room, with kitchen, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom and two private bathroom with shower. Perfect for a family or a group of friends.
The apartment is furnished with a great care and has been beautifully restored according to the original style, retaining many period features such us the beautiful brick arch that separates living room from kitchen.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a green quiet oasis, among old olives and oaks, fruit trees and flowers and it is plunged in the green countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has a private veranda with outdoor table and chairs.
Outdoor games are available such as table tennis and table football. The children may find in the garden slides and playhouses.
For cyclists and walkers there are several walking and cycling routes nearby.

The farmhouse is situated between Trasimeno lake's shores (about 200 meters) and wooded hills and is two kilometers far from the center of Passignano sul Trasimeno, beautiful town along the lakeside with restaurants, shops and amenities associated with village life.
Residenze San Martino is an ideal base for visiting Perugia, one of the most historical and artistic towns in the middle of Italy, Cortona, Assisi and Montepulciano.
The farmhouse is directly located on the cycle path that runs along the shores of the Lake Trasimeno.

Vergane glorie

Dit was een typisch voorbeeld dat foto's heel geduldig zijn. Het zag er allemaal zo mooi uit op de foto's. Het was allemaal sterk verouderd. Moest nodig vervangen worden. Koelkast deur klemde. Bedden waren niet opgemaakt. Geen badmat de stenen vloer. Geen linnen wissel, wel na aanvraag. Geen keuken linnen aanwezig. Geen koffie zet apparaat. Wel caffetiere voor 1 kopje. Tuin meubilair niet gepoetst zat nog vol met dode beesten en vogelpoep. Gras was niet afgedaan dus moeten we met onze voeten in het natte gras zitten. Sober tuin meubilair, niet verstelbaar, geen kussens. Bedjes bij het zwembad waren ook niet schoon. Zaten vol met spinnen webben en muggen daarin. Ik zou dit niemand aanraden. Is nodig aan een opknapbeurt toe maar heb het gevoel dat de eigenaren het wel goed vinden zo.
