T2 Comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces: 31m² on the ground floor + terrace 30m². Secure wooded residence; private parking space. Pedestrian quay towards the lively port centre.

The accommodation
T2 + cabin of 32m² on the ground floor, ideal for 2 adults with 2 teenagers/children (cabin = small bed 105x180) or also for 1 couple and 2 adults. Residence Le Hameau du Pech 2, access by badge/code. 1 parking space.

Comfort of a rather small separate bedroom (but access from 2 sides of the bed and possibility of putting a BB bed at the end of the bed) with pleasant view of the trees and without vis-à-vis on the east side, double bed 140x190. Additional beds: sofa bed sofa bed in the main room 140x190, small sofa bed in the cabin separated by a blackout curtain. Bed linen and household linen not provided (paid option depending on availability). Pillows and 1 light blanket per bed available.

Kitchen area: microwave oven, mini-oven, vitro hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine (clothes drying rack available), basic equipment for cooking and baking. No food or non-food products are provided (safety of allergy sufferers, hygiene) except fine salt and pepper. Toilet paper for arrival.

Bathroom area: sink, shower with hairdryer available.

Additional equipment:
2 portable fans available. Cleaning equipment: vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket and Spanish broom, basin (products not provided). Ironing board and iron. Electric heating if necessary (3: bedroom, living room, shower room). Roller shutters in all main rooms. Electric water heater.

Paid options subject to availability to be booked before arrival: final cleaning, travel cot, high chair, bed linen, towels.

A minimum duration varies depending on the period may be required. Variable rates: for example, August is + expensive than July, end of July is + expensive than beginning of July. Arrivals possible every day when the rental is available.

Accommodation verified and compliant with the 1 star 2025 classification carried out by Gîtes de France. Apartment managed and verified between each tenant by its owners who have 20 years of experience in the tourist field and who therefore know how to apply the health and safety rules in force (hence the absence of products and linen available).
We will be personally present on your arrival to welcome you and give you the keys, as well as at the end of your stay - At your disposal during the stay if necessary by phone / text (we live in the area and often pass by the residence) or before for any optional service (final cleaning, linen, cot and baby chair).
