Why they chose this property
Glan Dulyn is a charming period cottage situated on the edge of the village, yet a 4 minute walk to the local hotel. There is a peaceful magic that descends over you within minutes of arriving at the property, such is its appeal.
The patio area overlooks the river where you can enjoy viewing the ducks, dippers ,yellow wagtails, herons and other wildlife, with the summer house useful for the occasional wet day or artist?
The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, bathroom ,lounge and a ground floor kitchen with patio doors to the garden. There are two patio areas and a cycle shed, parking for two cars and a private gated driveway.

What makes this property unique
We just love the peace the cottage in stills in you on arrival. It may be a small cottage but the 3 floors make it feel very spacious.
The character beams and slate fireplace just add to the charm of this period workers cottage in the original Mill St in Betws-y-Coed.
