pleasant house for 6 with heated swimming pool
Spacious and bright house.
Seasonal rental in Locquirec. Capacity 6 people maximum.
You will be 850m from the Moulin de la rive beach (surf school) and 1.2 km from the white sands and 2km from the port (sailing school).
At the bottom of a dead end, not overlooked. Very quiet area.
You will enjoy a large garden of over 1500m².
The 120m² house has been completely renovated for maximum comfort.
- Ground floor:
Cellar with washing machine, dryer.
A large living room of 36m² (living room/dining room with table football) opening onto the terrace/swimming pool.
Dining room opening onto a wooden terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, small appliances, etc.)
A bedroom (160 bed) opening onto the terrace.
A bathroom + WC (large walk-in shower with overhead shower)
-Stage :
A room bed 160
A bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 single bed (to be specified when renting)
A toilet + washbasin
- Exteriors:
A dining room terrace with BBQ, table and armchairs
A pool-side terrace with garden furniture + bright bar + 3 deckchairs + 3 armchairs.
Swimming pool heated from May to the end of September. Swimming pool with swim against the current and electric security shutter.
Heat pump heating, VMC double flow.
A deposit of 800€ will be requested upon your arrival as well as a check of 150€ deposit for cleaning. They will be returned to you in the week following your departure after inventory.
