The villa is cleaned by a professional company. Several checks are carried out before tenants arrive, but it is possible that some rooms are not satisfactory. In this case, it is important to let us know so that the company can intervene again. Regarding ants and spiders, our caretaker applies products before each tenant's arrival. It is possible that ants may enter the house during your stay during the spring. In this case, it is important to notify the caretaker so that they can intervene immediately. Furthermore, we have hired a professional company to permanently eradicate these pests. Regarding the water leak, we thank you for this clarification; we will take the necessary steps. Toilet paper is available at your request; simply let your Caretaker know. Regarding the instructions for using the house, you will theoretically be informed of the operation of the facilities upon your arrival by the person who welcomes you. However, we take your feedback seriously and will create a welcome booklet. Regarding the internet and television, please note that we are connected by satellite via the Starlink system; during your stay, this network experienced a national outage. Regarding the air conditioning, first of all, the house has never been air conditioned and in no way did we describe this in our ad. Fans are available in each room. You would have liked to be welcomed into a house with the shutters closed, we are sorry, but our protocol requires us to open the house and ventilate it between each tenant. Concerning the proximity of Paris and taxis, we are unfortunately not responsible for this. Regarding the trash bag, as we were able to tell you, you have a caretaker on site at your disposal who can put you there, who has also intervened on several occasions, depending on your requests (lighting the barbecue, provision of pods, etc.) We ordered additional fans following your remark, however mid-stay, the temperature dropped, they were no longer useful. we have tried to be at your disposal, even outside opening hours. Comme Le précise l’annonce, la villa est située à proximité d’une voie ferrée, train de marchandises. Bien que les trains ne soient pas fréquent, il se peut que vous subissez des nuisances. Sachez pour votre parfaite information que nous allons changer les menuiseries en triple vitrage afin d’ assurer un confort pour les locataires.
