L'accès à l'appartement est très aisé, dans une petite résidence très agréable et se rendre à pieds à la plage est appréciable. La criée et les commerces de proximité ne sont pas très loin. Il est possible de s'y rendre à pieds en longeant la côte. Cela fait une belle balade. L'appartement refait récemment, est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et était très propre à notre arrivée. Merci pour la boisson rafraichissante dans le frigo. Le bien est proposé à la location pour 6 personnes mais pour tant de monde, une seule petite salle de douche est insuffisante. Cette dernière manque de ventilation et de lumière, ainsi que de rangements pour une capacité de 6. Le receveur de douche extra-plat est installé sur une marche, ce qui n'en fait pas un receveur à l'italienne comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Attention à ne pas glisser en descendant ! Le grand frigo et le congélateur ainsi que tous les électro-ménagers sont de qualité. Mais il y a trop de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine, pour beaucoup inutiles en vacances. La Wi-Fi est très instable et pour ceux qui doivent télé-travailler pendant que le reste de la famille est en repos, ça peut être handicapant. En ces périodes de canicule, 2 ventilateurs (1 par étage) seraient appréciables, car cette construction date un peu et est mal isolée thermiquement. La proximité immédiate d'un camping avec toutes ses animations générant beaucoup de bruit jusque très tard certains soirs fut la mauvaise surprise. A cause de la chaleur qui oblige à dormir les vélux ouverts, nous ne sous sommes pas vraiment reposés entre les karaokés, les soirées dansantes, les jeux dans le complexe piscine... Dommage. Un bémol également pour les matelas qui sont vraiment très très durs (aïe les dos sensibles !)
