This highly functioning waterfront home is located in the heart of the historic Rangeley Lakes. Bring your friends and family for an adventurous getaway while you take in the serenity of the pine-scented air and mountain waterfalls. Come see the various untouched wildlife living in your backyard. Swim in the crystal clear lakes and paddle along the peaceful shorelines. Enjoy world-class salmon and trout fishing right off your dock.
The Steiman Estate, a private waterfront home, features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, an open concept living room featuring a 30-foot fireplace and television and entertainment system (wifi, tv, Direct TV, SmartTV), a large finished basement complete with a large flat-screen TV and Cable. The basement features a private entrance, two Twin-sized Bunk Beds with Tempurpedic mattresses, 1 full bath, and a separate bedroom! There is an abundance of parking on the property. Other outdoor space includes natural landscaping and a wrap-around deck, fireplace with seating, hammock, large dock (seasonal). Our home is quietly located on Mooselookmeguntic Lake. An outdoor gas grill(propane provided) and a Charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and 2 canoes* are available to use at your leisure.

My name is Bret Steiman. I have been vacationing in the Rangeley Region for 30 years. We built our family estate in Rangeley back in 2003 after camping on the site for decades. I manage the property remote along with a team of on-site support staff and also work full time in Cyber Security! I enjoy nature and traveling as much as anyone, but particularly love Skiing, Fishing, and golfing!

The house offers well over 100ft of private lake frontage. This lake is pristine and well known for its Trout and Salmon fishing. This thoughtfully designed home provides direct views of the lake from every room. All the comforts of home here. A rare location with Wifi and cable!
