The property and house were great. There were some issues with hot water, and fire alarms which were ongoing but issues were being addressed. The house itself was great, plenty of room and very clean. The yard too was excellent with a great firepit.

We have been visited Rangeley for the past 20 years and hands down this is our favorite place ever. Beautiful views, nice swim and kayak area and plenty of room for the family and grandkids! We will definitely be back !!

Great weekend getaway

Our weekend with 12 adults was perfect. The location on the water is perfect, with great swimming and nice kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat. The house itself was beautiful, with PLENTY of room for everyone along with a large garage and game room. It is a great place for a vacation!

Wonderful vacation!

This was the first time we have rented a house for a vacation. Dodge Lodge was perfect for our large family vacation (12). Plenty of room for everyone and direct access to the pond with the kayaks, canoe and paddleboat. The adults and grandchildren loved the water activities, and air hockey and foosball down in the lower level. Morton and Furbish crew was attentive and prompt to our calls about a large hornet nest in the yard and battery changes for smoke detectors. A great first experience, will definitely work with Morton Furbish again.

This is a beautiful home, perfect for a family gathering. There is plenty of room to spend time together, but to also spend time apart. The kitchen has everything you need. The entry into the water was better than anticipated. The view from the deck is wonderful.

We spent a week at Dodge Lodge on Dodge Pond. The house was beautiful. The house was very clean. The outside deck was spacious. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us! The dock was a nice place to sit and enjoy the day. Dodge Pond is a beautiful quiet place.

The house was great for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kids loved the air hockey, foosball & ping pong table. Couldn't have asked for more beautiful view, campfires, kayaks & canoe made our stay very enjoyable. More importantly, Morton & Furbish was extremely helpful with any questions. They were very accommodating with their top notch customer service. Thank You for a great vacation!

The place is beautiful. However, there was no hot running water. You had the wait a half hour in between people taking a shower. It was almost impossible to accommodate 6 adults to shower in the morning. Also, incredibly, there were no slats in my bed, which necessitated me sleeping on the couch for four nights These things should have been checked out and fixed long before our rental. I believe a rebate is due to compensate for the inconvenience. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Lodge

We are a group of 8 married couples who travel together yearly and love the outdoors. This home had everything we needed and the water view was awesome. Clean and updated. Located a short distance to town and riding trails. I would highly recommend this home for large families. There is a large game room in the basement. Due to the weather, we didn't get a chance to hit the pond, however there were kayaks/noodles/paddle boat at our disposal that were in great condition. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. We will be back.

Beautiful Views & Great Family Time

Can't asked for a perfect view from the cabin. The cabin itself is huge and we're not on top of each other. We never had to fight for bathrooms! Great game room for rainy days. Kitchen fully stocked. M&F Management company is awesome, they are very responsive. Propane ran out and they had it delivered with the hour. Others have touched on groceries, price almost triple in OC grocery store. Recommend checking IGA or drive 1 hour to Walmart. Get plenty of bug sprays and itch cream! We bought face nets from Walmart bc it was bad during our stay. Suggestions: It would help is to have curtains or blinds for bathroom windows for privacy. Curtain for sliding door on top floor bedroom next to master, when sun comes up in the morning, it's very bright. Current or blinds for Master bedroom sliding glasses facing the kitchen. Can't sleep when kitchen/living lights are on.
