Endroit très humide, les propriétaires fument dans l’espace commun du RDC (bar, restau) et l’odeur se diffuse partout… de plus endroit très mal insonorisé, les propriétaires vivent au-dessus du studio et nous avons entendu leur bébé pleurer de 23h à 3h du matin, on entend tous les déplacements ! Pas idéal pour se reposer
