Spectacular slope side unit near the Stein Eriksen Residences. Escape to the serenity of this recently updated contemporary townhome on the Silver Dollar ski-run. There is ample room in this 4 bedroom/4.5 bath residence to relax after a day on the mountain and rest after Main Street activities.

The main level is a spacious gathering area with an open concept family room including soaring ceilings, a reclining couch, fireplace and large screen TV. Adjacent to the formal dining area, the kitchen is fully stocked with a breakfast bar and provides guests with the perfect space to prepare meals and entertain. There is also a gas grill located on the upper deck.

The upper level master and guest suites offer king beds, televisions and garden tubs. Guests can also enjoy the downstairs den for games and movies, as well as a bunk guestroom and king guest room, each with their own bathroom, television and private patio doors to access the hot tub on the back deck.

Get ready for a great day of snow on the mountain in the ski-prep room on the lower level that provides ski rack, cubbies, hangers and bench seat. The private ski tower provides elevator access to the ski run and is just a short distance from your back door! Guests have use of the two-car heated garage for easy transfer in and out of vehicles without the inconvenience of snowy surroundings.

This property provides the perfect fit for guests looking to enjoy the beauty of Deer Valley and the great Park City vibe with a rejuvenating respite in the comfort of their home away from home.

Beautiful property

The property is exactly how it's described. We had a wonderful stay, the access to the slopes in just a few steps and up an elevator. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing winter break stay!

From beginning to end, this rental was seamless. Amber was always available to answer any questions and was proactive in offering advice and recommendations. The home was amazing and all details were beyond wonderful. All of the extra touches and amenities were beyond compare. The location was perfect and made for the best break with our family!

Deer Valley Lucky Star

We had an outstanding week. This townhouse was so comfortable and well-stocked. True ski-in, ski-out with a ski storage tower that was so convenient. Hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Summer Stay

Wow, what a gorgeous home!! Very clean, great location near mid-mountain at Deer Valley, and Amber was an awesome host! She would literally respond within minutes if we texted or emailed any questions. We can't say enough about our stay! The photos of the home are great, but the home is even better in person.
