The place was clean and stocked. Ithad plenty of things there to clean with, like Clorox wipes, dish tabs, swiffers, and detergent for the laundry. There were even complimentary sodas chilling in the fridge when we arrived. It was in a safe neighborhood that we were able to sit at the roomy patio table on the back patio and visit. There were several golf courses nearby and many coffee shops to choose from for our morning visits. I would visit this place again if I head back to areas surrounding Avon Lake.

The house is in very convenient spot for visiting family in west Cleveland. Michael is an awesome host with well stocked house and easy communication. Has become our go to spot to visit family and their pooch!

Great Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

The home is perfectly located close to the western suburbs and downtown Cleveland. When visiting with family in the area it was a great place to wind down and relax between various activities. Amenities and provisions were terrific. The host was very considerate of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Eclipse family gathering

We had a great time staying at this property. It was perfect for our three families and two dogs. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked to the park a few times. Would stay here again. We saw beautiful views of the eclipse.
