The spectacular panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom along with the breathtaking ocean view from the living room and private balcony speak for themselves. 3 new elevator. Visit Youtube Bella Coastal View for a video of this property inside and outside drone view. When you book with us you are booking with the owner. We take pride in making sure our guests are comfortable. We are available immediately for our guests.The HOA is replacing stucco on some walls and the steps by the pool are being worked on. There may be some construction noise at times.

Please be rest assured when you book with me your booking with the actual owner of this condo and as an owner I take my hosting position very seriously! This is my personal property that I have been involved with in all the renovation and decor. I have had independent companies in the past host my condo and I was not happy so I decided to take this on my self and I am so happy I did! I hired the best cleaning service in St. Augustine to make sure my condo is sparkling clean and safe for all my guest. I pride myself on being available 24/7 for all my guest. I even sleep with my phone beside me!! I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a safe and wonderful experience at my home.
PS My husband is a local fisherman and can assist you with local guides. If you would like to fish inshore/offshore or even fresh water just ask me!
